Just don’t interview him and it won’t be difficult. As simple as that. You made it difficult by acting like a typical woman on a date.
This guy is an old friend of yours, not some guy you’ve just met on tinder, the interviewing thing is totally unnecessary in your case... I mean you didn’t know already the answers of these questions? You have been talking about this guy for months so it’s kinda weird.

Dating is complicated for humans because of their females, they so love to complicate things .

Cut the sexist crap or you'll be getting a vacation.

You will need to have sex with him (or at least making out) to stop the awkwardness and the incertitude.
Make the date at your place next time, and make sure the bed is neat.

Look at you with your fancy words. I had to look up incertitude.

It is a common word in French, I thought it is common in English.

Anyway, don’t change the topic tsk tsk.

The word is "uncertainty" in English.

I thought it was, but couldn't quite make up my mind... I was truly incertitudinous.

I don't think that it was meant sexistic. Most attractive NT women are quite calculating and picky if it comes to men. This makes the things difficult for men who aren't just PUAs. But the things are a lot harder for guys on the spectrum who don't understand NTs emotionally and the way that NT women feel towards men.

Of course the things aren't as easy for women on the spectrum too. I think for NT's many women on the spectrum seem kind of emotional cold, a little awkward or even totally strange. It's not easy for them to find a nice boy friend who accepts a girl who is like this.

I shouldn't really hash this out----but why do you think the guy is not interested?

I can understand it if you don't want to talk about it.

I understand one could "sense" this sort of thing.

I think you previously mentioned that the guy is shy.

It is ok dude, I don’t want to stir this drama; and the whole unfair false accusation crap.

It does exist in the English dictionary tho.

Probably borrowed from the French.

He changed. Conversation was difficult. He seemed to want to leave/get away towards the end. He was preoccupied. I didn't get a hug goodbye. He wasn't as warm.

He could have his mind on something that has nothing to do with me.

But the contrast between this week and last week was huge.

Do you think it's a good idea to express that to him?

Maybe tell him that he seemed "cold" to you. Whereas he was "warm" previously.

It could very well be that the guy had "something on his mind." Guys, of whatever "neurology," have a tendency not to want to directly express their feelings.

I don't wanna talk specifics. I just feel like something has gone horribly wrong. It's a gut feeling.

Because people have lives going on outside of the dating and sometimes it's a struggle to keep the problems away from the date or to know whether to mention the problem or if lives can be merged regardless of problems.

But the problem may dissipate over time and maybe now is just not the right time to date. Maybe we wait a bit.

Who knows.

You're a bloke. What do I say to a man who is feeling sad? How can I help. I don't want to be annoying and in your face.
