Sunstalker signing in! (That's right, I'm watching you... and you... and especially - you  )

coppeliaflower - I love your haircut! And you're one of those naturally beautiful people, you don't need to wear makeup to look good.

notbrianna - there's a beautiful wistful softness about your face that draws the viewer in, very entrancing.

starving artist - you've got amazing eyes and hair (my favourite facial features) and you've got stunning cheekbones.

 The funniest part about it is that I do sound like a stalker a bit, part of my attraction to this thread is that I love variations of physical feminine beauty, I see it as an artform.

And everyone, please lets chill out, compliment each others photos when we feel like it (and stop comparing how many compliments individuals got and getting all upset and angry at getting less or more), and turn this thread positive again.

Yes, it did start negative, but then it went somewhere good and I would personally like to see it go back there again.

And, if you're feeling left out, complimenting other people can make you feel just as good as being complimented yourself, y'know. ;)

Sunstalker, signing out.

All of you are beautiful....

My vote was for the person my own personal tastes thought was 'wow, she is really something' (mitharatowen)..and no i'm not gay! LOL 100% straight, but so straight I am able to admire a pretty female without insecurity.

But i wanted to ring in to say there were so many pretty woman on this thread....and sunshower you had some really pretty photos - someone has an eye for photography but obviously you also were also a great model or it would not have worked. They were very natural pics...

Beauty is often the most stunning when it is not contrived.

I could not figure out why the OP decided it 1) a good idea to say he didn't think there were any stunning Aspie women or 2) how he never had seen any as of yet when they are all around.

Wow, i read the replies, most of them, posted since i was last on this thread. It got a bit controversial!

I would never say X looks better than Y, but i didn't really see that on this thread by anyone, not even males, but i admit maybe i overlooked it!! !! Most people just cast their vote because beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I can't say i saw anyone on this thread who looked bad. And i can only surmise a person who did a post had to have known they were not 'ugly' or they would not have posted!

These kinds of threads can always hurt some feelings even when people try to be careful to not do that. I know that i would never intentionally try to hurt anyone.

I am sure there were some pics i overlooked the first time i scrolled thru only because it was such a long thread!

Ladies...do not ever validate yourself based on a forum post! I am 42 and feel more beautiful today than i ever did at 21 even if maybe physically i was more close to 'perfect' then. My mind couldn't appreciate anything about myself then. Now I can. To be honest, I don't strive for any affirmation but surely appreciate it when i get it just like anyone else. BUt self esteem comes from inside of you - and no amount of external validation on the internet or in real life will ever make you feel beautiful until you believe it yourself first.

I am sure i am only stating the obvious, but felt compelled to post it anyway.

I never felt so good in my life until the day i just didn't give a crap anymore what anyone else thought... and ironically when i finally starting feeling that way i got more attention than i ever did before. IT is often a side effect of self esteem and confidence. If people can spot the insecurity, there will always be some mean person who will feed on that and try to hurt you. IF they can't spot it, they either don't bother, or if they do, it has no affect.

As I myself am the photographer (I hold the camera in front of myself with one hand), yay! Double compliment (as if I could ever convince anyone else to take photos of me  )! :D

Yeah, I really like the natural look, which is why I do the pics in natural surroundings, without wearing any makeup (because it obscures the natural appearance of the face). You said in one of your posts that you were 42 and felt more beautiful than when you were 21? I think this is a highly validated comment, because I think the most beautiful woman I have ever seen was actually my grandmother (before she passed away) because a lifetime of kindness, innocence, love and purity showed in every wrinkle, angle, and plane on her face. In a way, the older you get the more like yourself you appear, because the facial expressions you use start shaping your face.

I agree this thread has a become a bit controversial (almost like it's gone the full circle and come back to the negative way it started) but I'm hoping we can bring it back to the tone it was setting towards the middle of the thread.

Actually, this is a photo of me properly made up taken in a studio by a professional photographer (to demonstrate the difference). I don't even recognize myself.

There's a weird sort of grimace on my face too.

If you are not a photographer, you should be! They were really really good shots! I am flabbergasted that you took them YOURSELF! You captured your OWN essence beautifully!

Hahaha thanks so much. Nah, I'm no photographer (except for occasionally taking artistic photos in my free time of myself and other things and putting them in folders on my computer). Perhaps I did capture my own essence, but the question remains; could I capture another persons essence? (after all, we know ourselves best).

I think everything is cool now. There were just a few misunderstandings and misinterpretations, that's all. That's bound to happen once in a while. It's smooth sailing from here on out. :)
