That's a myth
It often is a myth, yeah.
I'm a little confused about which part is the myth.
That men will ever seek love without sex?
I have my own example to show I'll take whatever is offered within the relationship, but if a convenient other emerged and I'm not getting any at home I can't imagine anyone expecting me to refrain.
Would I deliberately court someone when I know there is no chance of sex?
Yes... I am that addicted to being smiled at.
But I'd still have "half married" as my relationship status.
I think bb was replying to AA's post, not me who posted successively after AA.
So the myth that bb was referring to would be the myth peddled by AA's sister who believes that any man in a relationship, is only in that relationship for sex.
