When I was looking for a gf I wasn't focused on finding the prettiest make up wearing girl out their that was pure and everything else many guys seem to want. I was looking a girl with a great heart that could give back the love that I expressed for her. I think its more important to find someone that can complete you body and soul, but in this world there is a lot of superficial guys out there. Don't let this break your heart though. I am caucasian, and was looking for an Asian girlfriend that could complete me in more ways than one. We started off as friends and got to know each other more. She had some flaws, but so did I and thats what made it work. We were willing to accept each others differences and work through the good and the bad. Here's some advice though regarding finding the right guy. Make sure on the first date or first meeting him that you don't tell him all your problems all at once. Be sure to tell him all your interests however small you think they are. Us guys can get scared off if were are told on the first date that our date wants an immediate relationship, so just take it slow. I have been in this relationship with my NT Asian girlfriend for almost 2 and a half years and all I can say is that it has been fullfilling. I had some really rough times almost a year in the relationship. My dad died from cancer a year and a half ago, and I felt sad but she helped me through some of the pain. It was weird though cus I didn't dwell into a depressive state over it like many who lost a parent at my age would...I'm 24 as of this August, and when I look back at it I took it very well...maybe its because I'm an Aspie. The point is that there will be good times and bad. You will find someone though, cus I think there is someone out there for everyone. By the way, I wish they'd have those double decker buses here cus I've never been on one before. Stay confident, and strong, and keep busy.
