I'm also borderline asexual. I like women, I have crushes on them from time to time, but getting into a relationship for me has always been about being loved and being close friends, and not about sex.

Yay safety in numbers :). I'm the same way actually. I've said I'm asexual here on wp a few times but I'm actually something called Gray-a. It's borderline asexual. So yeah I'm looking for a woman for affection almost solely :). I've really no interest in sex so affection sounds really nice :D. The obstacle is finding a woman who feels the same way I guess :?. I've only had sexual attraction to a woman maybe once in my life because she was very special to me... even then I wasn't really thinking of sex very much at all because I was just content with being around her. I just recognized that I also found her a bit sexually attractive once I got to know her.

Even being Gray-a, I like the company of women as I get along with them very well. With that I'm still attracted to women... I just don't care about the sex stuff :?
