I think the best way to tell the system what you like is to answer loads and loads of questions.
I love the match %'s based on all those questions, I've answered about 800 so far. It's
really good at weeding out people with different relationship/sex ideals amongst other things.
Also, I like editing my profile frequently, which means I end up on the recent activity list, which means my profile gets a lot of hits. I guess that's my oblique method
