Going to a pub or bar in your area at friday/saturday night with people your age who you get along insanely well with.

Your "status" automatically gets boosted insanely when you're going to those places at the right times with the right people since everyone blindly assumes you're part of them and their "status" at that moment.

Meeting new girls is really easy that way since the people you're with already know quite a bunch of other people in the area and the circle expands.

That's my experience at least.
