Moody is different from shy. Moody is a weakness. I think shy or 'reserved' can be more mysterious and attractive. It can make me want to find out more about the person, a challenge.

Shy women often peak my curiosity for I often wonder what lies beneath the veil of obscurity. I often have this fantasy that shy women can be turned into complete sex freaks for some reason as well. I wonder what potential they have to be?

Personally, I'm attracted to loud, flamboyant, funny women, maybe because I'm actually pretty loud and obnoxious myself (I like to think I'm funny too... but humor is in the eye of the beholder and I don't feel like that's a judgment you can really make about yourself). Or maybe those are just the women I actually notice. Either way, yes, I agree, shyness causes romantic deficiency for both men and women.
