So it goes to show that you don't need to do an hour of cardio each day to get a shredded body, women have a slower metabolism and they have ten times less testosterone which makes it harder for them to lose weight so anyone saying it is easy needs to seriously realize that males and females aren't the same.
And it's for just that reason that I am seriously considering doing weights for the first time in my life.
Yeah I have lived with some of them before to be sure, and stayed at others houses for a week or 2 to know their daily routine. Most of them still drink on weekends and maintain it easily.

Boo, I think you are blaming people for stuff, noone wants. Yeah, I am sure, the DNA-mutated frog on the page before you posted, needed tons of time to achieve to be not anymore looking like a human. If I would want to look in a way, that people think "What the f**k has this girl for medical issues, or why the hell, does she look that weird." it would need me a lot of time. Actually, what Kazuki shows me is for me the absolute optimum a normal person gets, by staying healthy. The frog on the page before me, would never match for me as a partner, because he looks like a frog, which means on the other side, that I would think of him taking medication and steroids to achieve to look like humans dont look like. Because there must be a reaosn, why normal humans usually simply dont look like that, so if he has a look that normal humans cant have, then his doing something normal humans dont do. So I personally would avoid that guy on the page before, because for me it was obvious, that he was taking body-damaging drugs and medication to achieve to look like a factory-slaugther meatbeef.
People that seem to be addicted to medication and have psychic problems are not attractive for woman. And yes, I definitely think that someone using body-damaging drugs to look like a frog, definitely must have some issues, that forces him to care more for expectations of media people and ruin his body, then for his own body and health. There cant be much self esteem in someone willing to ruin his body for others, that dont care for him anyway. I dont want someone ruining his body to look ugly, and blaming society for him doing so, as father of my children, giving them this kind of oppinions. Do you think that when a teenager-girl comes to that kind of father-person and whines about having 6 pounds more then *insert random teenager star*, that a person, ruining his own body to look ugly because of him not living anymore in the real world will say the necessary words: "Dont give a f**k about that. You are absolutely a nice girl the way you are, and if a classcomerade blames you because of Miley Cyrus being hotter in his opinion, then tell him that he is free to go out and spend the evening with Miley Cyrus."
Kabukis photo simply shows someone doing sports in regular times, and thats healthy. So that shows me, that he cares for his body and knows that a good physical condition and regular sports, also enhances a good mental condition. So you are not getting smarter, but as example people doing regularly sports have lesser depressions and so on. And at least to some point he normally should eat healthy, which is also a good thing to have. Because you can talk for years to your kids for eating healthy, when in the same house someone lives eating junk food or sport-frog medication all day. There is no much using talking about how healthy a good diet is for your body, when beside you someone eats steroids.
Beside the fact that I want to share time with my partner, and thats hardly possible, when he insists on being a frog and so needs to waste his time in gym all day, instead of simply doing some normal sport like doing a bicycle tour with the kids, or going hiking for the day and so on. What the hell, do I do with a partner, that stays all day in gym to look ugly?
I already was in gym about a year, because of medical causes. And I decided to leave it: BECAUSE OF THE PSYCHOS IN THE MUSCLES CHAMBER. I already have written that in another post half a year ago, when it was general about gyms. I simply couldnt stand that type of weird guys, giving me the feeling as if I would "dirten" their holy place, when entering the muscle-area and daring to touch their holy 100 pounds basic weight, to the scala I needed them. So, no these guys have not been attracting in any way, most of them were simply creepy. If it was like you say, then there would be tons of womans in your muscle chamber, seeking excuses like "Oh, my doctor told me that I need to strengthen my back muscles more, because of having spiral column problems." to be here. But in the gym I was, I normally was the single woman in the area with the muscle building stuff. If woman really wanted to look at those guys, there would be some, just like you normally have guys hanging out around all the time around the area with the cardiostuff, watching women.
You can also look for posters, so most posters of male bodybuilders posters have normally been applied by males. Not by females. At female places you find much more of Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, George Clooney and so on. Normal sporty guys, but no frogs like Schwarzenegger or Stallone in their worst years. Brad Pitt is for some of his roles already far beyond the normal limit, as example for Sparta. But the thing is, that I know that he got paid to concentrate for months on that role, so he didnt do that beside his job and normal life, but for him this is part of his job and normal life, and I dont expect from a normal guy to give up his job, to run around with a professional paid personal trainer all day. Beside the painter, that applies muscle shadows as it was done for Sparta or 300. ^^ And the technical manipulations they did to acchieve his looks. We know that this is no normal look, because there are plenty of photographs of Brad Pitt, in normal situations, where he looks much more normal. (And older. ^^) And has a small belly, which is absolutely normal for a guy that age, and what he could only avoid by having nearly zero body fat during the whole year, which is simply not healthy as every doctor can tell you. I live in reality, so I dont expect from normal people to look like people look like after a bunch of professional visagists, personal trainers, eating and diet specialists, painters and technicians, have been done with them. ^^

And Schneekugel, I would really advise you to try delivering your main ideas without writing endless walls of text. lol
Yes, I admit the oily body in the pic I posted looks like a frog and fake, but he's an extreme case. And I agree with the self esteem issues thing.
But *MOST* of the guys whom girls THINK they're sexy in healthy way and doing everything healthy are not really doing everything healthy, what most of those guys are doing behind the scenes isn't healthy: GH injections, testosterone injections, fat burners, enormous protein intakes.
Not everything is superficially that obvious.
For example this is a guy I know in gym:
https://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.net/ ... 8054_n.jpg
He looks having a healthy-wise toned muscled body, doesn't look the steroid frog-like overmuscled type and looks like he never takes nasty stuff but that's NOT true.
What he takes: muscleTec (forbidden in your the US ), injections of testosterone and GH (hell knows how many times more than normal), fat burning stuff and hell knows what else.
Yet he doesn't drink Pepsi because it has sugar.
What those guys want is getting the perfect body, their "healthy" diet is a must-do to get it but they are not doing so they can be healthy, it's just a one thing to do besides the nasty stuff they take in order to get a perfect body fast.

Ok, then replace the frog-like guy with Channing Tatum and the argument would stand still.
And I see you've ignored the rest of the post.
and you ignored the fact that Kazuki used steroids (He admitted using them before on the forum)

Ok, replace frog-like guy with the guy I have never heard of, in opposite to all the other names on that list. ^^ Nope, I didnt ignore the rest of the post, as example I took your advice to write shorter. If Kazukis using steroids I think sad of it, but I know in general that you dont need to take them to get his body, a friend of mine is doing "asian fighting sport" and looks very similar. Thats why I said, I dont understand why so many people go to gym and then they are whining about and blame others, as you do. I hated the gym, so I stopped going there. I simply seeked alternative stuff on internet I could do at home, to strengthen my backside shoulder muscles, and never went there again. So if you dont want to go there, because its so horrible boring, full of people, and additional some real weirdos and whatever you find disturbing. Seek yourself some kind of sport, that needs physical workout, and the most important: That you have fun with. Sure, for froglook you need a gym. But simply to look sporty, there is no need for that. If you wanna do something, that requires lots of different muscles, you could try climbing or fighting sports as example. All of my friends and my sister and her partner, that are climbing look really sporty, because a nature rockwall simply forces you to vary your movement, instead of doing the exact thing all the time. Also my friend with the asian-fighting sports. Seek something you really like and enjoy, and you wont need to think about "that you have to do this and that tonight", but instead you get out of work and are happy to have opportunity to do this and that. I dont know about the prices in your country, but normally a fighting sports club, should be around the same price as a gym per month. If you hate it, and see it as kind of work, then it definitely sucks. So seek an alternative you have fun with, there are so much possibilities.

^ Stop accusing me of whining!! ! I was just debating a certain point!! ! Debating is not whining.
I like gym and I do thai boxing but I was just saying that most of six packs bodies are result of supplements and stuff, not just workout. It's very hard otherwise.
This is the xth time you accused me of whining and you kept doing it, I ll stop reading your over-long posts until you apologize and adjust your trolling tone.

You are probably a troll.
I don't think they're a troll. Quite honestly you sound more like a troll. Everybody is different, and as Kazuki said, he takes no drugs, no steroids. It just took a bit of dedication. Meanwhile so so many women are going on unhealthy diets, vomitting after eating, etc. Most of my lady friends who want a 'perfect' body have been working at it for years! Have you tried spending time at a gym? I can assure you getting some abs will be much easier for you than altering the way your body should look, as most woman do.
Why exactly do you think that the diet industry for women makes MUCH more money than that for men? Likewise, I don't see many men freaking out about having an unhealthy shape, but I know many girls who are literally killing themselves to.
Try to be a bit understanding. Many of us are acknowledging that men have to put in some degree of effort into their bodies, but it seems you fail to meet us halfway. Not you're throwing insults and calling people trolls because you don't want to acknowledge that other people have it hard and that by saying what you are saying, you just look like you don't feel like putting in the effort for a good body.

.
"You're whining" out of the blue is impolite and trollish, TGH, even if I am mistaken in my argument (the argument started when some users said that women have it harder while I said it's not), I am telling her to keep it clean.
And this is between me and her, she's adult enough to answer for herself.
Protein shakes, GH, testosterone are all together money-sucking industry too + the diets the men undergo.
But the media doesn't talk much about the pressure and craps men go into to become "perfect" , all you hear about is women vomiting and dieting hard to get a 'perfect body'. That's the only difference.
I am talking about the perfect body, men don't have to put in some degree of effort but a *lot* of effort, that what you're denying.
I have a pic in the body's adult thread. http://www.wrongplanet.net/postxf233577-0-120.html
You judge.
But the women arguing here are failing to meet me halfway too, they're saying that women have it much harder - which is not true in my opinion.
And I think Kazuki is Wolfheart, anyway fat burners aren't healthy.

Sadly I cannot look at the adult body thread because I am 16.
I don't want to get in between you and Schneekugel, but I do have right to an opinion. I can't speak for Schneekugel, but when it comes to the point where you're throwing around radical and blatantly incorrect statements such as "Kazuki takes steroids" and referring to the time and effort that people put into your posts then you can expect things are going to go down that road. Please be respectful if you expect the same, and I am sorry for calling you a troll if that offended you.
No, me and others here are only saying that women have to go through quite a lot for their bodies, and it's not as easy for us to get slim as it is for men's. I don't recall saying that women have it much harder. You're generalising.
Also keep in mind that most men aren't pushed for the perfect body. Many women are happy with less than that. Yes, their 'perfect' celeb bodies are fun to ogle, but realistically they don't expect most men push for this. 85% of people who consume weight loss products are females*, showing that, in general, men aren't as concerned. That is discounting going to the gym and all, but going to a gym is healthy, whereas many people who consume weight loss products aren't concerned too much about their health.
You are also being completely and utterly insensitive by saying "yet all you hear about is women vomitting and dieting hard". Women hurting their own bodies and killing themselves to look good is a big problem, and until you begin to understand that and stop being entirely self-serving then it's no use having a conversation with you.

Glad to meet to you all!

I do physical activity daily for at least an hour or more and have a much stricter diet and quite frankly I do not look as good as they do.

They probably do cardio apart from the 3 days at the gym and have a strict diet as well. Gaining muscle for me is child's play (it took 18 months to get 18.5" biceps) because of my genetic; getting down to the 8% required body fat levels for six pack abs is not.
I know plenty of girls who do not workout at all, but still look great. They just don't eat anymore than they need and thus their physiques match that of Kristen Stewart, Kate Hudson or most other Hollywood women.
