American vs Foreign Women
Plus, my ex looked so sexy when she was mad. I mean I was scared, but man...
Something like this?

I think one of the reasons that guys don't have an interest in me because I don't really know how to be assertive, but I think there's a big difference between being assertive and just being mean. If someone bullies, manipulates and belittles people that didn't do anything to them it's not the same as being assertive.
Yes, women who bully, manipulate or belittle people get no attention of mine. I like women that can have different levels of assertiveness. There's been some who are more combative, upfront and noisier than most.. Those relationships never last long. Then there's been times were I've been with a girl who is mostly passive and doesn't mind much, just goes with the flow.. Until something crosses the line then she says something. Which is how it should be.
I've been with women who were manipulative and belittling, women who were uber assertive-bordeline aggressive and women who were so passive, they were passive aggressive and manipulating and talking s**t behind my back but acting all nice and non-confronting to my face. Then I've met women who were passive 50-70% of the time because they truly didn't care, but if you did something they didn't like they'd tell you.
I'll stick with the latter, although the uber assertive borderline aggressive broads are great for a short term thang.

slw1990: There is a big difference, but I should say up front that an amazing number of people will accuse you of being 'bitchy' or mean when you're merely being assertive.
I try to answer the following questions before being assertive on some issue:
Do I have a reason or need to assert myself on this subject?
Do I have the energy to assert myself?
What are the consequences of asserting myself?
What are the consequences of not asserting myself?
If I have a good reason, something needs to change but won't without intervention and I'm not dead tired, I will assert myself.
I would say, also, as someone with a dominant personality, sometimes I find myself asserting myself over little things. I don't do it on purpose as much as it happens just... naturally. People I date, even when I'm not sexually dominant to them, tend to end up doing things like getting water for me or doing chores. I don't mean to, I merely ask when they get up to do something else, or they just learn to do it and start checking the water glass before it's empty to see if I need it, or they think I'm working too hard and so they start picking up after me and make me a sandwich or something of the sort. It's not that I don't do things for them, it's just that they start doing lots of convenient things for me. I don't get mad at them when they don't do it or anything, they just sort of drift into it. The usual stated reason is that I do a lot of things and they want to make sure I'm drinking enough water/eating/have clean clothes. I can take care of myself, of course (I've lived on my own since I was 16), but if they want to do it, it's fine with me.
In return, I take care of them. I pay for things, I make chicken soup when they're sick, I run interference when they're stressed, I make or buy gifts, I make them food they like, I thank them, I track them down and hug them or listen to them, I make a habit of doing things they like, etc. None of these things are incompatible with asserting yourself. Relationships in which both people do things for one another are completely compatible with assertiveness.
Even if you aren't that way, you can still come up with a framework for times you feel it's acceptable to assert yourself. That can really help you to assert yourself (since most people like to feel justified in their actions.) It's really okay to have firm opinions on things, or to want to fix the way some things work, or to demand time to yourself, or to otherwise make decisions. It can even be done in a way that isn't combative or require any sort of anger out of you to do. Sometimes, things just need to be done. (And, importantly, sometimes those things are for yourself.)

Could we discuss the possibility of you workshopping this assertiveness mojo you got going for you?
I would like to experience what it is like to have someone do something for me and not behave as if bringing me tea out in the garden is an equivalent of donating a kidney.

leafplant: I'm not on all the time or anything, it just sort of drifts that way over time. I don't know how it happens, either, so I may not be the best example.
I try to 'compensate' by being as considerate as possible, since they never have to do it.

I've never met a man who had a Japanese wife and who was even remotely dissatisfied with her.

Go to Gaijin pot or whatever it's called, I had to leave because of all the bitter foreign men who couldn't handle being married to their Japanese wives, honestly I think it spoke more about themselves than their wives.

70% of divorces in the USA are initiated by women, and most of these are no fault divorces. What usually ends up happening is that the woman divorces her husband out of the blue, and then takes his house, future income, and children from him. Women in the USA view their husbands as utilities. Most of them care more about stealing their husbands’ money than they do even about their own children, which is why they use their children in divorce court as bargaining chips against husbands who sincerely want to be fathers.
More than 50% of marriages in the USA end in divorce, so getting married as a man is essentially like signing up to have a 35% chance of having your home, your future income, and your children taken from you. You have better chances with Russian roulette.
And women in the USA do not respond to honesty or kindness. That’s why they have words like, “nice guy.” They seriously expect men to be nice to them for no reason. And they think you’re a bad person if you expect kindness to be repaid with kindness.
Now I realize this is mostly anecdotal, but I’ll describe my own experiences now in relation to women’s response to kindness.
I never met a woman who responded well to honesty or kindness until I traveled abroad, and there I found that interacting with women was easy. Often I also find it easier to interact with foreign women in the USA as well, which would indicate that they aren’t attracted to my accent, because every other man around also has an accent.
I just had an email exchange with a Peruvian woman who told me that the way to get a girlfriend was to pay attention to her and do nice things for her, and that doing that will cause her to leave boyfriends who don’t do those things for her. So she literally told me to do the exact opposite of what everyone in the USA tells you to do: be a nice guy.
And there are plenty of examples of vicious female behavior right here on wrong planet. I said in a post a while ago that women are attracted to men who don’t give a s**t about them. I also said that women get most of their power by manipulating men for sex, so that they get hysterical when there is a man who doesn’t worship her, but that they will compete viciously with other women if all the men around are kissing their asses. And sure enough, the next time I checked into wrong planet, there were several posts in the love and dating section where women were complaining that there were lots of guys who were nice to them, but the one guy they wanted to f**k didn’t give a s**t about them. And there were several mean posts about women in the women’s section, one which was literally titled, “I hate women.” Nobody gave a s**t because it was women who said the nasty things. I’m sure if I bothered to read the posts today, I’d find this same BS. Maybe if women don't want to be generalized, then they shouldn't make so many posts which fit exactly with generalizations which people make about them.
I’ve only had one relationship with a foreign woman, and I’ve only lived about a year of my life outside the USA, so my personal experience on the superior behavior of foreign women is limited. But I think I can point to several things which indicates that what I’m saying is true.
There is a movement called MGTOW in the USA, which stands for “Men Going Their Own Way,” and it’s a bunch of men who want nothing to do with women. There is a similar thing going on in Japan, where men who don’t want relationships with women call themselves “Grass Eaters” (I have no idea why they associate vegetarianism with abstinence, but whatever). In Japan, the men don’t want anything to do with the women because they are vicious c**** who have their husbands work themselves to death so that they can take all their money (literally). Wives in Japan typically control their husband’s earnings, and give him just enough money so that he can feed and clothe himself. And Japanese men do literally work themselves to death. The MAJORITY of men in Japan identify as grass eaters, as a response to the totally unreasonable behavior of Japanese women. MGTOW is not as far developed in the USA, but it’s gaining a lot of ground. I expect it will get to the point of the grass eater phenomenon in Japan. You can look at google trends to see that the views of MGTOW are growing exponentially. If you graph “feminism” and “MGTOW” together, you see that 5 years ago, the views of MGTOW weren’t visible next to the views of “feminism.” Today they are visible, although much less than feminism. There are probably several million men in the USA who are MGTOWs without realizing it. The long term use of the word “feminism” in published books also reached a maximum about a decade ago. There is a shift in the psyche in the west.
Also, there are a lot of mail order bride services which cater specifically to American men. I looked at several dating sites recently that hook American and West European men up with Russians and East European women. There are literally hundreds of thousands of Russian women on some of the larger sites, possibly up to 10 000 on at any given time (they sometimes let you look around without signing up). And there are multiple sites, so it’s likely that there are upwards of a million Russian women looking for American men. And there are enough men in the USA and Western Europe who are fed up with the women at home to meet their demand.
And the Russian women aren’t interested in getting green cards, as vicious c**** in the USA like to tell you. A lot of the men move abroad to be with their Russian brides. And foreign women (at least in Eastern Europe) are actually better educated than their American peers. In addition, eastern women are physically healthier, take their marriage commitments seriously, and respond to kindness. It is my understanding (sorry if I’m wrong on this) that the shortage of men in Russia is caused by a sort of nihilism which causes them to take their careers less seriously, and which causes them to literally drink themselves to death (so that there is a literal shortage in the actual number of men). Russian women are hooking up with American men because both groups of people can get something better abroad than what they can get at home.
I’ve personally decided never to have anything to do with American women ever again. I don’t even want to look at them or talk to them. I invite you to do the same. I’m going to leave the country as soon as I am financially able to do so, and live some place where hard work and kindness actually pays off (both in the romantic world, and the economic world).
There’s going to be another financial crash soon, which the USA will not easily recover from. On account of the state no longer being able to steal from men so that they can give to women (22% of USA GDP is used explicitly for wealth transfers – 58% of the US budget, which takes up 38% of GDP), women will want to revert to a more traditional arrangement between the genders. I’m going to remember how they are acting now, and I’m going let them alone in their misery and their poverty. And even if there isn’t a financial crash, most of the women in the USA today will get themselves used up by men who don’t give a s**t about them in their youth, and then they will live their later years alone and miserable, and wondering what went wrong. Leave them to it.
And the men shouldn't bother reading anything that women have to say on the matter. It is in their interest to shame you into staying put and worshiping them for having tits and a vagina. Feminism in the west is basically one big shit-test which should be ignored.
Yea... I basically agree with you (apart the rude parts...)
It doesnt matter if they are foreign or not women aren't perfect and neither are men some make the wrong choices whether they are women or men which is why divorces happen!
