Yeah....ladies are enticing, aren't they!

Reminds me of the theme song to "Where the Action is," a 60's dance/music show.

You're a charming, smart guy.

We just have to find you a Chica Bonita!

Especially one who is protective, and sings "Don't mess with Bill."

it has been my experience that supermarkets are mighty lonesome places to be if one hopes to find companionship.

I've noticed different markets attract different crowds. The two older, upscale markets near me tend to attract affluent old ladies, while Wholefoods tends to attract younger, less, though somewhat still affluent crowd, and Trader Joe's and another market, which is a low cost cross between Wholefoods and a regular market attracts both young and old people of various economic levels.

in my town is the wallyworld, for us working class types- then the fred Meyers for the middle-classers, then the safeway for the upper crust. those were the only differences I could grok. all were not places I could consider meet and greets. even the cashiers were too busy ringing stuff up to chat. hell, if I had that job i'd be too busy also.

Anywhere where somebody is preoccupied doing something(shopping) seems like a bad place to meet someone, it's been had it communicated to me that it is creepy or even harassment to bother women when they're out and about doing mundane things. There doesn't seem to be any good way to cold approach someone especially for someone on the spectrum.

We have a market here that's a Safeway subsidiary. There used to be an actual Safeway here, but it was just considered your run of the mill market.

It's interesting though, this Safeway subsidiary....in the town I used to live in, it was the upscale, expensive market with the good, yet overpriced produce. In the city I'm in now, it's the cheaper market with the poor quality, cheap produce that never properly ripens.

to my eyes, all the produce looks the same in each grocery store, but the safeway has fancier products.
