Sly, everyone is in agreement that if you get better photos (like those taken by a pro with an SLR) you'll have significantly better results. But there's always going to be a guy driving something better like a Ferrari. Yet that guy is not getting all the girls clearly. There's always going to be a better looking guy out there. But I still manage to get girls who you would call "10s" to go on dates with me.

You'd be surprised. Some of the rich successful guys don't even know how to get girls. I was hanging out with some saudi princes and we arrived to the club in Lambos and Ferraris. The minute I got out of the Lamborghini, girls came up to me and asked how I got to be successful. But these filthy rich guys didn't even know how to get girls to stay talking to them and had to tip the bouncer 100s to get them to bring girls over (which just involved them saying "hey do you want free alcohol, these guys have bottle service") rofl. They were clueless.

And I bet you there's a guy working retail without a car who has no problems getting extremely attractive girls to date him.

If everyone means you and boo sure.
Shoots start at $170 I can’t afford that.
That’s a lot of money for something that may help but probably won’t. Most women reject me for my income and car status.

You so far above men like me you probably don’t get what it’s like. I bet you’ve never been told your not a real man. I’ve had plenty of women tell me thst. Real men. Have good jobs and a car.

I’ve never met any. I’m the only retail guy I’ve seen who didn’t have a car.
Most retail guys work full time and can afford a car I work 1/4 of the hours they work.
I don’t want a super attractive woman.

As far as photoshopping is concerned, your other photos don't show acne, so clearly it's not usually visible like that, so either photoshop that photo or take a new one where it's not visible. I mean, you really should take photos with better lighting. I purposely used bad lighting on those photos I took of myself to show you how in a photograph, lighting will make you look like what you're not because the camera doesn't compensate for lighting, whereas a human looking at you will have a brain that automatically compensates for the lighting and evens out the face.

So in reality, you're trying to actually take photos that make you look closer to what you look like in real life. I mean, the camera should be placed at eye level. In your photos and in the examples of bad photos I took, the camera is below the face so it distorts the face and makes it look fat when it is not.

I probably look better in my pictures then in person.

The women who’ve rejected me in person for being unattractive or ugly would disagree with you. One lady for physical Ill

It comes and goes but never completely goes away I’ve had it since I was 20. It’ll move around. Right now it’s really bad. It’s on my nose, for head and chin. I’ve tried bunch of stuff and non seems to help. Pictures hide it more but in person it’s very visible. Maybe some think it’s a std :(

I take photos inside since I’m always inside. I have 100 watt bulbs , should be plenty of lighting

I take them at eye level 0.o
I took one for yellow at an angle it was hard. I was at the bus stop(only time I’m ever outside is on way to and from work.

a very intense light isn't exactly the same as good lighting. sometimes it can be too much light, and as it come from a certain point it creates shadows too intense, differently from sun light that tends to soft things, creating a much more pleasant photography.

natural light also tends to give better tones to the photo. if you don't feel comfortable taking photos outside, you can try to take photos near the window. or maybe you can arrange a good lighting using warmer lights and trying to compose with it using more than one light source (like using a desk lamp).

even if you want to be "visually" attractive, it doesn't mean necessarily being pretty, but you can create some interesting visual. like good photos, maybe include photos doing some activity you like or in a place you like, etc.

What? you're putting us together? lol I am far from being a rich boy like alex lol - I am not a CEO like him - I live a in a slummy area, I don't live in a Beverly Hills - i share a car with my bro which isn't a Range Rover nor I can afford a new Range Rover, my income is a tad above a European minimum wage, and I live in one of the poorest countries in the region. The only 'woowing' thing I have is the location of my workplace, which is a small firm that happens to be just near the governmental palace.

There's surely a world of difference between alex's quality of life and mine.

I do agree with you that alex may not understand how is life like for poor men, he 's talking from an ivory tower , there are whole studies showing how big the income impact on dating for men.

It has nothing to do with having enough light. It has to do with the type of light. More light can be worse. Take a picture at 12 on a sunny day and your face is full of shadows. Take the same picture on a cloudy day and you face is evenly lit. Pointing a light at your face is not going to necessarily get good photos.

We all have things we can't change and things we can. Focusing on the things we can't change and blaming those instead of changing the things we can is a waste of time.

Paying for Oasis Premium worked pretty well for me in the past. I got my 2016 girlfriend from OKcupid and dated a number of other girls.

At the moment I've been having more success with another pay site called RSVP. I've met my last three girlfriends on RSVP. It's cheaper. You only pay $15 per girl. It works like this.

You find one more girls you like and send them a canned message for free. They send a canned message back indicating a positive or negative response. If you get a positive response you pay $15 so you can freely message that one girl for 30 days.

You only need one day. Just long enough to ask for her phone number so you can talk to her on Whatsapp. Whatsapp doesn't have a 30 day time limit. Then you can plan your first date with her. RSVP has less girls than OKcupid but a much higher proportion of them respond.

You don't need a $170 photo shoot. You can take a good picture with your iPad. As much as I hate Apple I'll admit they have some of the best cameras to be found on a phone or tablet.

All of my profile pictures were taken with phone cameras. Most of them were selfies and the most recent one is a picture of me taken by a former date on her iPhone (probably using the same camera sensor that's in your iPad).

The key to taking a good selfie is effort. Don't just take one picture and go with it. Take a few dozen pictures and then select the best one. Then crop it so that your face fills just the right amount of the frame. You don't want to be too zoomed out but extreme closeups aren't good either. Remember to use the rule of thirds.

And if you still think you look ugly, there's an iOS app you can download called BeautyCam that will make you look about ten years younger. Here's a link to it.

Tell me the truth: does Alex resemble a male model in any way?

In his avatar, he resembles an actor.

Trust me. Alex relies on things other than his looks to get dates.

He’s not a bad-looking guy. He just doesn’t stand out.

He looks like an actor because of his clothes, primarily.

You seem to have a pretty bad case of acne. This can be remedied using the aforementioned app. I've provided an example of it's use.

that's a little too extreme imo, but you can always dial down the effect. Either way it shows how you can do simple modifications to change the look of the photo. I doubt any girl is going to show up and be like, I'm leaving because you have more acne than your photo.

I expect being the founder is the least of his achievements. I doubt he tries to impress girls by telling them he's the founder of a website they've never heard of. Instead he probably regails them with tales of his adventures in Hollywood.

But the "CEO/Founder" is there in the screenshot he posted of his profile .
