Having a relationship makes your life a lot more complicated. It did for me. It's hard work keeping a girl happy. You have to watch what you say around her, walk on eggshells.
I think you could make a nice list of "traits that suggest you selected the wrong girl" based on those statements.
I came so close to ending the relationship yesterday afternoon. We got into a silly argument because she was being controlling (saying I could only have one TV in our bedroom (and she already wants to put dozens of Hello Kitty dolls in there. She started threatening to dump me and I almost let her. Then I remembered I had unfinished business with her. I waited until the following morning and, lying through my teeth, gave a fake apology and said I was "sorry for being controlling". She zero theory of mind so I knew I could make her buy the idea that I was the one who was being controlling.

Also I didn't like cancelling her nonrefundable plane tickets (after she's already made me change the date of the departing flight (at great expense) (me: are you sure you don't want to come earlier? Her: No. Next week. Her: I need you to make the departure flight a week earlier. Me: I already asked you if you wanted it earlier. Her: You think I'm stupid, begins crying). I already wasted the cost of one plane ticket, I didn't want to do it again.

As I said I have unfinished business with her. I have to kowtow to her and ignore her hypocrisy until I lost my awful virginity (No, I don't want to use a prostitute, I get nervous around them). She said she wanted to move towards it slowly, which wouldn't have been so bad if she didn't spontaneously decide to go on an 8 month trip to Sydney (she planned it for weeks but only told me by calling from the airport the day she left).

I think she was trying to manipulate me, using sex like a carrot on a stick. She also manipulates me by crying at the slightest criticism but she criticizes me whenever she pleases. The only way to win is for me to be more manipulative than her. I'm tired of NTs teasing me about being a virgin. The only way for me to win is for me to be more ruthless than they are.

I tried to explain that I need a second TV in the bedroom because the Super Nintendo can't be plugged into an LCD. Super Nintendo games don't look right unless they're plugged into CRT. She doesn't even consider that :x

I already have three TVs in the living room. Isn't it neat? :)

I don't get that. So you are putting up with all of this just so you can tell people you are no longer a virgin, and once you have gotten that from her, you will dump her? I can't help but suspecting this girl knows that's why you put up with her, and she is using it to gain advantages.

I especially don't understand why you don't just convince yourself that you already had sex with her, and come up with some credible scenario for your NT "friends". After all, they are not likely to ask this girl to confirm you had sex.

No, it looks quite messy.

I decided yesterday. Before that I was convinced I would marry her (she says I must marry her within two years) and and have a kid by her (she says I must give her a child within five years but I hate kids). Anyway, this my prime motive in life was what stopped me from calling her bluff and dumping her.

Not straight away, I'll wait a few months. I don't want to have done it only once and I don't want the cruise tickets to go to waste.
I can't help but suspecting this girl knows that's why you put up with her, and she is using it to gain advantages.
You may be right but I have to be better at using people to gain advantages than she is. It's a battle of wits.

No! That would be dishonest. Even if they never worked out I was lying I would know that I was lying and I would have to live with the guilt.

I was just playing with your words. If you tidied up the leads you'd double your chances of a girl liking it!

That's a good idea!

Yeah, but now that you know she wants kids, aren't you worried that she might try to fool you into getting her pregnant?

Hmmm. That would be pretty scary. She refuses do it without a rubber because even she's not ready for kids 'till she's 30.

Retro games look fine via a component or HDMI connection on one of Nintendo's more recent consoles(GameCube, Wii, WiiU).

You're correct about the actual SNES console looking horrid on an hdtv though, CRT or not.

I own all three of those but I was referring to the actual SNES console.

I know I can be obsessive about that sort of thing. She's obsessive about her hobbies, which is fine. I just wish we could just meet half-way. I don't think she's aware of her hypocrisy. Everything has to be in service of her hobbies and she sees that as normal. Any disagreement over such matters is taken personally.

I mean, I get that she doesn't want our bedroom to be filled with TV sets and old consoles but the thing is she wants our bedroom to have a pink bedspread, possibly have the walls painted pink and have dolls all over the place. I mean, how the room's current state as resembling a teenaged boy's bedroom worse than her desire for it to look like a princess themed six year old girl's bedroom? (and she says I'm the childish one)

Maybe we're both obsessive about our interests except that she sees my interests as deviant and her interests as normal. Also I really hate her idea to get a toy sized poodle. That's one of the wussiest kinds of dog. I don't think it's healthy for dogs to be bread that small and based on some of the things she's said I think she sees small dogs as toys not pets. I think that a dog raised without proper discipline would be psychologically damaged.

I wouldn't mind so much if she wanted a big dog. The neighbor has a beautiful and friendly German Shepherd but she thinks it's scary. These toy poodles look like they could be eaten by the neighbor's large, angry tomcat. She doesn't even like the idea of getting a normal sized poodle.

I went to a strip club on night. I had two strippers in a VIP room. The two friends had come to me as a pair. When I told them I didn't have a girlfriend they suggested I go to backpage.com where for less money I paid for girls to get topless you can find girls looking for sex, and you might hit it off and find a friend. 27 is definitely not to old for the girls on backpage. 53 is too old. at 53 I have to be happy with a hooker.
