Haha, I'm a hourglass as long as I'm chubby. When I lose weight, my hips suddenly are visibly narrower than the shoulders. :P

"I always thought I wanted an asian guy with high cheekbones and a calm personality, someone is strong with people and patient with me, for whatever magical reason."

Explanation.
So far I only have been attracted to guys of north European, Scottish, east European or east Asian ancestry. It probably has something to do with olfactory information about immune factors plus socialization.
And I have a thing for high cheekbones.
About my own age.
Stable personality, sociable, but in a calm way.
And I can't dumb myself down to cater to somebody else's low self-esteem.

And it would be kind of nice if he would be attracted to me as well, how odd that might sound.

I can't - and won't - dumb myself down to cater to somebody else's low IQ. ;)

As for the other - well, in my case, hell will probably freeze over first. :(

I'm used to dealing with people who might have lower scores on IQ tests than me. It's just a matter of rhythm and trying to understand what the other person knows about a subject (which is way easier than what the other person is feeling or planning to do).
I'm also not a genius, just learn facts and patterns/connections a little bit faster than the average person and retain them a little bit longer.
But it would be terribly difficult to deal with a partner who lets himself be intimidated by that, or who has to prove to himself that he is as clever as I am. And that could be a brilliant guy as well as one who is a bit slow on the uptake.

Yeah, dito.

I don't know too many guys who care about being outsmarted by their partner, then again, I don't know too many guys who actually want anything long term.

*I* don't want anything long-term, at this point. But I sure as hell have NO desire to sleep with some dude who's dumb as a box of rocks!

i have no concept of an "ideal partner".
i do not want a "partner" to interrupt my thoughts.

i will remain single(ish(except for my girlfriend who wants to love me and i am not interested much because i do not see her points)).

you people need someone else to complete you, i was born complete and i need no one else to justify or even refer to my existence in order for me to feel worthy to be alive.

god i am severely ret*d in my ability to prevent posting posts like this tonight.

No, we all don't, thanks. Wanting love and/or companionship doesn't translate to needing to be "completed," nor does it necessarily have anything whatsoever to do with justifying one's existence. Love, sex, and companionship can be wonderful things, you know.

For the very ideal, I only need 3 things:

-she needs to actually like me back
-she should be nerdy... the nerdier she is, the more attracted I get... I was once turned on by a woman saying "epic fail" (with all the correct inflections involved)
-hopefully she weighs less than 300 pounds (which, to be honest, is rather easy to fulfill)

The list is ranked in order of importance. The only criteria I absolutely need is the first one. The second one is a big plus, while the third one is almost an afterthought...

I just found this one at CC's official site:

*Swoons* This man is 45?! There's no 45 around here that looks like that, ffs, or I might actually consider older men! 8O

Hmm. I have a sinking feeling that I know a big reason why I'm not attracted to anyone in "real life," and hence have no nookie prospects... ;_;

So is it his body, or is it his musical talent?

For me, it's mainly his face (light eyes, dark brows, pretty brow/bridge area, perfect nose, beautiful cheekbones and lips), his long/long-ish nearly-black hair, and his holy-hell-hot body (yeah, I'd totally do his 45-year-old self, even though he's not quite as stunning as he was 20 years ago).
His phenomenal voice and musicianship are mere icing on the cake.

What's stopping you? ;) We are born with our facial features. But the nice body is acquired through patience and perseverance (diet, exercise).

My turn:
