Queensland (Australia) schools cira right up to the 90's man I would have done a Columbine back than if the guns where available to me.
I'm not sure if it was Australia wide up to that date (I think it was banned at Queensland schools late 90's), Quite possibly Queensland was the most conservative state in Australia our premier was known as the Ayatollah of the North he even banned protests!
I loath conservatives don't get me started if you do I will probably get banned
