Had he quickly erased the pictures of those previous girls and understood why the woman wanted him to stop emailing the other Asian girls, I'd probably have a better opinion of him. But it needed all the separation drama and all for him to even slightly appreciate why she was still upset.

By the way, I remember hearing somewhere (maybe a film, or maybe an Asian-Pacific Heritage Month lecture) that, back in the old days, Japanese and Chinese girls growing up on the Hawaiian plantations used to fantasize about growing up and marrying a White man. Of course all of that has changed.

But, I think that a lot of Asians in Asia still consider a long nose, round eyes and light complexion to be attractive features. Asia has a big market for skin-whitening products, eyelid-rounding surgery, and nose-extension surgeries. Being born with those features, and showing up in some parts of Asia, you can treat yourself to a little taste of what Asian-American ladies have to endure.

Plus, a lot of people in various Asian countries still regard the USA as the Land of Milk and Honey, and would marry for a chance to move there.

My plan for life is to go to Japan and marry an "old" (30) and "fat" (24-25 BMI) Japanese girl.

I don't understand this hype about asian girls, they come from very materialistic cultures and are very likely to be gold diggers to bones; the Chinese are probably the worst.

The potential husband in those cultures is often seen no more than an ATM by women there.

It would seem that China is starting to catch up to us, but still has a little ways to go.
