Lilya......

Lilya my dear, you're going to have a very hard time resisting this guy, biological imperative and all. Most women are driven by powerful urges to mate with "alpha males", and most men with women that are "hot". However, the thing to be understood is that being a powerful "alpha" with chances to mate with lots of women is, from an evolutionary standpoint, an immensely successful strategy, so even if you managed to get a kind, loving relationship with this guy, all of his instincts are going to be driving him to cheat on you, at least physically for sex with other women.

If you're ok with that, then hey, play ball! But realize that it's unlikely to happen, and even if it does the chances of him being faithful are low. It's simple science, I'm afraid.

It's hard not to interpret this little jab as anything but a stab at my sexuality. I'm hoping it was just a humourous poke in the ribs and you just forgot the smiley to go with it?
:?

Relax, it was a lighthearted poke.

Why is the world is running short on people who find this kind of jabbing funny? It's like, my two male workmates and that's it.

She said he was just out of a long term relationship. Do we have any idea why it ended? For all we know it could have been due to infidelity and it's been kept hush hush.

BlueMax seems not to take pointed "jokes" from women too well. Nor does he seem to understand Australian humor well (not that this is anything unusual  - it is rather direct and relies on shock value).
I assume the combination of both is the reason for the reaction.

A wink would've clarified it - no question. You're often a bit harsh whenever you talk to me so "joke" wasn't the first thing that came to mind. I left that door open though... glad I did. ;) I'm really not a bad guy! I love a playful jab or two when it's with someone I know is safely friendly.

I wouldn't be too keen to judge anyone that fast... Having had a lot of partners (or even being a flirt like he is) doesn't necessary mean being unfaithful in relationships. He did casually mention that should we have met two months ago, his situation (with his gf at the time) was very different (making our closer acquaintance impossible).

I wouldn't call him one's typical "alpha male" either, it's not the type I usually like at all. He's much more of a traditional gentleman Casanova type; He's actually extremely polite, considerate and keen to please although he manages to be extremely kinky as well :P I have to admit that it's a turn-on.

I already came to a conclusion that an idea of relationship is out, but I do enjoy talking with him and spending time with him.

If I were them I'd cover up with my hands too, that water must be awfully cold. And is that an Alligator in the top right? 8O

The alligator is having a sausage feast.

There's many kinds of alpha, my dear. In addition to the ooga booga bogan type, there's smooth-talking ladies man type (our boy here), the quiet man in charge type, and so on.

So make it a fling, then. Bone and bounce, baby! Just try not to fall in love, for your own sake.

I'm googling "celebrity women" to see if any appeal so much I'd agree to a zero-commitment one night stand... ;)
Anne Hathaway ranks pretty high... I've always liked her as an actress and found her physically attractive. She'd have to be a very cool person on top of that though. ;)

BTW, there are now "sex vacations" for women, as well as male sex workers for the trade.

Yeah yeah, if Anne Hathaway offered to have sex with you for one night, you would jump at it like a rabbit running from a Doberman. Heck, if she wanted to get married, you'd probably jump at the chance.

Funny how most here try to play the high and mighty role without ever have been in the situation themselves.

Especially if she was dressed up as Catwoman. Oh the roleplay sex...

In the famous words of Bugs Bunny, "He don't know me vewwy well - do he?"
YOU might jump at the chance and that's fine. I don't even know what I'd do... I know I've turned down a few one night stands in recent years, but none were sexy celebrities either. ;) Would I? Maybe... but I'd sure say no and back out in an instant if she turned out to be a rotten person! For me, there's no bigger turnoff than evil.
