I picked up some offbrand slimfast for work and bottle of complete vitamin (through I have to break in half to swallow it)

Sly, you might want to consider using phentermine to lose weight. It helped me to lose a lot of weight but now I want to do it the natural way because I ran out of prescriptions.

The thing is, Sly, you are not extremely fat. Maybe a bit overweight. But so is probably a third to a half of the American population.

What I'm saying: don't do anything drastic. Take walks at a brisk pace. Walks cost nothing.

You can get reasonable priced gym clothes at the local dollar store.Dont worry about expensive shoes unless you are doing some serious walking.I never had any luck with the slim fast stuff.The only thing that worked for me is now illegal,ephedra.People abused it and had heart attacks from taking too much.Its an herb,Ma Huang, and you could buy it in bulk in health food stores.I would cap it in gel caps and maybe take a few a day.It was safe that way.You just didn't feel hungry.People died from it in over the counter diet aids pills where the strength was considerable stronger than the natural form and they took way more than the recommended dose.
If you are ever in the desert in southern Utah you can find the Mormon tea plant.Same effects,only milder.Grows everywhere there.

Yeah I suppose we are. She just got s new 2017 car, I'm happy for her but big jealous and sad, I miss driving.

I don't plan on doing slimfast diet, just using it for work where I can bring food and usually just eat popcorn. Hopefully it give me stuff I need and help me make it through the day.

I try not to take more the the dose u less doctor says too. Like with the omeprazole I'm taking, it says not to take more then 2 weeks but doctor said to take for 4-6 weeks, hopefully they right. It seems to help I just hope when it's done and I stop taking it the symptoms won't come back.

I don't know your living conditions,but if a gym membership isn't an option,you can buy weights and a bench press used for cheap.If you have a nice climate just work out in the backyard.

My advice a few pages back, I only.mentioned multivitamins to supplement his diet.

The rest of my advice was instead of processed crap he start replacing it with eating chicken, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds, peanut butter, giving up soda, drinking milk instead, a calorie deficit and walking 15 mins a day to burn some extra calories , however.minimal, and to add 5 mins at a time to his daily walk when ready.

Do you and her get along well? I mean perhaps you could try and spend more time with her and hang out...but not sure if you guys are that close. I just know for me a lot of my social life came from hanging out with my brother and he's 5 years younger...but we also get along pretty good and have some similar interests so we have a basis on which to hang out. Like we like a lot of simular music, movies, shows and both play League of Legends.

Doubt it she didn't let me drive her old car and it only cost $1500 this one is $20,000.

Don't have a backyard, just a front yard on the corner of street so very public. I could probably afford gym once discount comes back, it's the motivation to get up and take 30-60 min bus there and then back along with anxiety about my stuff getting stolen while working out that's the problem

We live together and always have, but age difference and different circles, she's big into church. Helps run the youth program and hangs out with middle school and high school girls a lot. We don't have similar interests either, she doesn't play video games much besides in 3ds some times. Use to watch shows with family but work and video games got into way of that.

Your lucky to have stuff in common with your brother. My older brother use to play games with me but now he only talks about weed and how he's god.

one thing i did not say before is that your face has a lot of potential character.
i think you could play many different types of roles in acting that you would be able to adapt your face to augment.

you could play a sinister scientist, or a kind powerful benefactor or anything really.
some people like jack nicholsen (sp?) were very stereotypical in their roles. like nicholsen could pull off a psychotic look with exceptional credibility.
anyway blah blah blah. you are not deformed and have a symmetrical face.

I need to make.new friends from scratch too.

Only one or two cousins.here.my age but were completely different.

I'm the oldest by.many years, by the time the second oldest gets to high school I'll be a grown.man, and can't be hanging out with teenagers.

Yes. This.

Look sly, the "extra meat" on you doesn't come from nowhere - this is scientifically impossible.

You just need to eat healthier and less portions.

Sport acually doesn't cause losing weight, it helps in making you healthier overall though.
