Yep! Learn how to swing dance and you'll improve your chances. :)

Well I've been doing swing dancing for a while and have no contacts yet. But it's definately a bucket load of fun. That and the music is fantastic.

Nothing so aesthetically pleasing as seeing a woman indulge in a bit of "shine time" at the end of a swing out! :bounce:

See-there you go  . Its all about having Fun. That may not be the ulterior motivation behind it , but honestly thats the ONLY reason you really should do it: Just to enjoy yourself, with not expectations that dancing with a stranger at a club will lead to anything more.

Because they love to show themselves off(physically). I suspect they very well might be wired for it.

Good question. I find it very, very boring. I'm rather tired of pretending I'm someone I'm not, so I will probably never dance again, except maybe at somebody's wedding or something like that.

I can't dance, I can't talk only thing about me is the way that I walk.

After thought: It describes me. I can't dance, I can't talk to people, I walk with an akward gait.

I love dancing is so sexual, even fast dancing is like sex with your clothes on standing up.
slow dancing is one of those thinks that can really put a girl in the mood, it has all the touchy feely stuff not really sex touching that is very nice and romantic, holding each other swaging to the music, it turns me on just thinking about it. I’m not sure I’m the best at it and I’m not sure about a stranger asking me to slow dance, but I like it allot especially in a privet setting. And in your p.j. would be a nice touch! (You know though green flannel)But I’m going to assume that most guys would think that at that point why would you have to dance and there’s the big mistake, what’s the hurry, life’s short, but you only live once so you might as well dance with her weather you know how or not.

I did years of ballet as a young'un, so I'm prone to bursting into pirouette when I'm happy, but I don't really associate it with music.

I can do the sexy-dancing at clubs if I need to, but I really dislike it, it feels stupid and meaningless, and there's usually a terrible atmosphere: strange people so close and the music so loud that I can't understand anyone.. urgh.

I've always wanted to learn rock'n'roll dancing because the tricks and throws look so fun, and the costumes are pretty.

Why do humans engage in this illogical movement of limbs called "dancing"? I do not understand it. Music doesn't seem to affect other animals in this way. Is the human nervous system corrupted by certain sound patterns?

Humans dance for the same reason animals dance, and that is for there mate, to seduce there mate in to having sex/mating, it’s just as simple as that! And that’s not illogical is natures way of insuring the next generation,(and I’m not talking star trek) Have you not watched any of those shows about spiders, birds, all different animals dancing to lure a mate? and there is all kinds of animals that make noise as singing a song while they are dancing, they are even trying to teach pandas in china to dance to increase there low sex drives (because it even turns pandas on) because there so few of theses endangered species, the zoo keeps or hoping that if they can turn the bears on, then the more sex and more chances for baby pandas. Have you not seen any one dance before?? If your watch the arms, honey, your watching the wrong part, LOOK LOWER, Why did you think they wanted shacking there ass like that! IT’S A MATING RITUAL! That why we do it! You might try it. You might even like it-or even get lucky!

give me a belly rubber any day! Being 5'0" i don't get belly to belly much and that same man that is shy about danceing seems to have something frim to rub on my belly! so i don't know how he can conplain, And you wouldn't like to rubbing yourself on her slow dancing, swaying to the music, holding her in your arms, hands resting on her bottom feeling the back of her thong and bear butt cheeks, to the point she so turned on she'd do any thing? I can't see what so bad about this, seems like a WIN, WIN to me! :D I know for me that is cuts the time it takes me to cum by a lot. it seems to f**k the mind. and some woman seem to like that, (ME! for one) And all you want her to do is wear a piece of lace shoved up her ass? what do you do for her? Dancing seems harmless enough to me. I bet you wouldn't object to a lap dance from her! So may be dancing not all bad. And yes dam it I'm a woman. And I’d do any thing to have a man hold me in his arms so yes, dancing sound fantastic! I'd love to rub on some ones "belly" but i disagree i don't think that its just a girl thing!

I don't like dancing very much at all. I have very little physical co-ordination and get very self-conscious about that.

Plus, the places where it's a requirement are generally places I don't want to go...

The man may enjoy the sex afterwards, but that still doesn't mean he enjoys the dancing in and of itself. Yes, there are men that enjoy dancing, but the percentage is surely much higher among women. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against dancing, but it doesn't do anything for me and, like MrSinister, the places where it's a requirement are usually places I don't want to go to anyway. It also annoys me that it's somehow mandatory to enjoy it, it's like Christmas in that respect. To thine own self be true. Therefore, I won't dance unless it's a wedding or similar special occasion.

I love dancing and I'm a bloke. Taking up dancing was one of my best ever decisions. I started with ballroom, and now do swing. It has helped with tactile defensiveness. Also my co-ordination is pretty bad also (my clumsy) but it has almost no bearing on my dancing now. When I started sure, it took me twice as long to pick everything up. I got the steps alright but actually executing what I knew in my head took ages.

I stayed in beginner ballroom (a 8 week course) for 24 weeks. Then went to intermediate (a 10 week) for 20 weeks. But the time I finished advanced (never did bronze) it only took me one trip through the course. Of course, after that I swapped into swing dancing. And after only 20 weeks I did my first blind song. That is, dancing freeform (no set routine) for one whole song with your eyes closed. Sure, that was on my fifth attempt. But I actually succeeded quicker than some of the guys there with NO tactile awareness problems! :)

So as for all of that... Guys love dancing too. Those that are in my swing dance club do as much (sometimes more) than I do!
