I massively disagree sorry, you can overcome negative thinking. I've seen people who are ridiculously obese overcome that and learned how to love themselves.

I don't deprive myself of anything I just do tons of exercise, you can eat like a horse and still be slim if you're an active person, running for example. I will literally shove profiteroles into my face hole with no regrets cause I know the next day I'll be doing a 15 mile walk or a big run or something.
Cutting fat is not as hard as everyone seems to think it is, it's literally just cal counting and exercise with a bit of strategy. It's just applying the motivation to actually do it that is the problem for a lot of people.
I personally eat quite healthy though because when you're a certain level of health you can feel more s**t depending on what you eat.
