You are on the same wavelength as your Mum? My Mum thinks like me though her brain works in words and mine works in pictures, so the things we are good at and not so good at are different.

She is the only person that I can say is on my wavelength that I have met so far.

Why ISTJ is such a minority here, yet it's a logic-driven personality too? Weird.
I was wondering the same thing but then I thought that it's fairly common for those of us on the spectrum to have comorbid disorders like anxiety & depression that can interfear with our logic.

No, Mom & I are not on the same wavelength in the way that you think...We are both NTs and we have a very special (emotional) bond...As most NTs would say they have with their mother...My Mom and my husband are the only two beings who have given me unconditional love...So, yes, they are very special to my heart

Interesting observation...Thank you for sharing...However, if someone on the spectrum types ISTJ as oppose to INTJ...This should not be attributed to some comorbid ailment...Because the S (Sensorial) is what differs instead of N (Intuitive), I am inclined to think that he or she is probably higher on the spectrum and has less or no sensory issues...He or she was born with a different "tool", not necessarily better than Intuition, just different...Am i making any sense, here???... :D

I get INTJ sometimes, other times I get ISTJ. I have no idea why or where my differences in answers com e from... Probably my mood that day. It isn't because I lack sensory issues though. I have no shortage of those. I do however, have no depression that I'm aware of and my anxiety manifests as physical not emotional. I can thank alexithymia for that though.
