How do I tell if a girl is interested in me as a friend or more than a friend? I know a few girls who enjoy hanging around me, I just can't tell if they like me as a friend or more than a friend.

I'd go with asking with asking them out on a light coffee date and see where things go. The worst thing that could happen is you are out a small amount of money for the coffee.

I agree with Granite, ask her out on a light date. If it goes well, step it up to dinner or movie.
