How to ask out this one girl whom I am attracted to?
Alright, I'm going to toss out a silly story at you guys and I'll let you be creative and come up with possible solutions.
Alright, I work in the fast food industry, as a cashier. It isn't the best job in the world, but oh well. Well, there is this gal who comes in sometimes who I think is both very cute and beautiful. However, she usually comes through the drive thru, so I normally don't see her.
However, whenever her order is messed up, she comes inside to get it replaced. She's a really nice girl, and I apologize for the mess up and have the people in the back re-make her order. They remake her order, and she's off like that.
Well, I've been wanting to ask this girl if she'd like to hang out sometime, but you know, this creates a very awkward scenario. After all, she comes and goes, and she doesn't know me at all personally, so it is like a stranger asking another stranger if they want to hang out, when they clearly don't know each other personally. Can someone say awkward and creepy?
I can't figure out a way of doing this without being awkward, so that's why I have posted this question on here. I'm sure you guys are more than creative enough to come up with a viable solution that allows me to come off as charming without being creepy, and possibly get this gal to be interested in me. If not, it was a situation too awkward to work out

Wow. Sounds like you need to do some serious stalking.
I'd start with some light flirting. Not just being nice, but showing that you recognize her, and are happy to see her. You can probably get away with a small compliment here and there.
The problem is you probably aren't in a position to ask her "gee, do you wanna hang out sometime", or ask her questions. Not if it's a typical fast food place.
Is there any way you can find out more about her?
A standard trick is to ask "didn't I see you at ..." after you've established a rapport, but that's lying, so I was never able to pull it off. If you're really bold, you could slip her a note. Basically 'Hi' with your number for texting.

Say "Hi I think you are really attractve, would you be interested in meeting up some stage?"
Chances are you will get rejected.
But it is better to get rejected than wonder if you had a chance with her.
Don't worry about being creepy, if you ask her out she will take that as a compliment. I actually think you will come across creepy if you don't try the direct approach.
You will be as nervous as anything, but once you ask her out and get rejected you will feel better.
Also you never know she might want to go out with you.
Good luck. ![]()
Don't ask her out while you're working. Most employers frown upon that...
Instead, what you should do is drop a light compliment. Example: "Oh, I like your earrings!". I guess women love it when you notice things they're wearing However, if you say she has nice shoes, she'll probably think you're gay.
From your post it sounds like she's a regular customer. The next time she comes in from her order being messed up, just say "Wow, they sure screw up your order a lot, huh?" That'll let her know you recognize her.
Assuming she's NT, she'll likely get the hint. Then if she's interested, she might ask you to do something. In this case, I think she wouldn't feel weird asking you out. Why? Because she'd probably be expecting you to 'stay professional' by not asking her out on the job.
Well I think the great thing about this situation is that you DON'T know her at all, so it doesn't matter if she turns you down compared to if you were asking out your best friend or roomate. Not that she will turn you down...just saying
Maybe you should just go for it? You have little to lose. Say:
"I see you around here quite often, and you seem kind of cool, maybe you'd like to go out sometime- I promise I won't wear this embarassing uniform!"
That should work wonders. If not...make sure they never mess up her order again!! !!

tell her that something about her is really magnetic and you thinks she is so beautiful then ask her if she wants to hang out and maybe see if you could get to know eachother
Urgh, no, sorry, but PLEASE don't tell her straight away that she is beautiful and magnetic, she will think you are a creepy, impersonal smooth talker who's only after one thing

Good advice. I bolded "earrings" because it's important why that is the best choice of something to compliment. That or a bracelet. If you compliment her necklace or shirt, it will look like you were staring at her chest. The exception is if it is a t-shirt with something on it that you can comment on. "Earrings" means you were looking at her face, not ogling her body. Commenting on a t-shirt means you were actually thinking about its content and how it relates to her as a person, not just admiring her chest. Do not tell her she's magnetic, attractive, or anything else about her physical looks. Heed the warnings of another (female) poster who told you not to. It will come across as creepy.

Thanks, I'm probably going to give this a go, using a segway. By the way, she went to my high school, should I throw in a "Hey, you look very familiar, didn't you go to my high school?". I think it would be a good start up conversation.
Here are some things you can do to get her attention.
The next time her order is screwed up and she comes in, say: "I'm sorry that Mickey Dees screwed up your order yet again. But you are such a delight I can't say that I am too sorry that our inability to get your order straight because it makes you come in and see us all."
The next thing I would do is immediately supersize her fries and soda. Give her an extra angus beef cheeseburger, you know, the ones that are .3333 pounds of fat and cholesterol. I'm sure your manager can be talked into covering the cost of the extra food due to customer retention for your restaurant's incredibly poor service.
If you do that she is going to want to come in and see you face to face more often. This way you can work your way up to asking her to hang out in the restaurant at some point where you buy her a chocomochavanillacafecapucinno and you two can sit in the back in the corner while you are on break, a break that will occur the minute this chick walks in the door. Set this up with your manager beforehand.
DO NOT just ask her out. She will turn you down.
Next time she stops by? "Hi. You look nice today."
That's it. Let her drive away thinking about what you said. She'll figure it out.
And also use humor when talking to her. What Granite suggested should work nicely.
When you get to know her better, when you two are acquaintances as opposed to a customer and her fast food lackey, ask her for her phone number.
That's it. Don't ask her to commit to anything else, especially at your workplace.
If she gives you her number, call her the next day and ask her out.
REMEMBER, odds are that she won't be interested, or she has a boyfriend, so she'll turn you down. Oh well. Move on to the next girl you find attractive. That's how this game works.
