Congradulations :!: Enjoy the day :D

Can say from experience that even with having been together there's something about now being married which changes things at all sorts of levels.
Keep that in the back of your mind.

Bubbybird and I knew each other for 9 years before getting married and sort of played house for the last one of those, and still, everything became somehow different after the papers were signed, the vows said, and the cake cut.

And we were not aware of some of the effects of that for a long time, uh, oops.
One of those effects is that everything will become more intense.
Even disagreements over which vegetable to have with supper.

And the good things will be more intense too.

hi Shenzie

Are you doing anything different (from the norm) in your wedding to make it more ASD friendly? If so are your families being ok about that?

Me and my boyfriend want to get married at some point but I feel I would hate a regular big wedding or reception, but I think our families would be grumpy about that and give us a hard time. Did you have any problems like that?

Congratulations and I hope you have a wonderful time :sunny:
