1. You buy "Instant Immersion: Spanish Edition"

2. You try to improve your rolling r's

3. You look up the local multicultural center in the yellow pages

4. You adhere to the Catholic faith (I'm not sure all Latinos are Catholic though, but probably most)

5. You have a very passionate personality.

Can you think of any more?

I dated a Latina once and while the relationship didn't last they can be a good choice for an Aspie. I always knew where I stood with her and she always made it clear what she wanted and when. :) We are still good friends today.

I really like their choice of clothing.

Latinas, at least according to cultural ideas, seem to have a lot more passion. They're not being pressured to go 'meh' at everything, and I have to admit it seems nice. :-)

Latinas seem to be a good choice for Aspies who are missing a lot of intimate contact, extended family life, passionate relationship-type stuff in their lives. Most of those stereotypes are true (I should know) -- lots of passion (and fighting, drama, too), big extended families, affection, etc.

For those that get overloaded by all of that, I would recommend Asians or Northern Europeans instead.

Seems like a good choice for me. Granted, you get the intimacy, passionate relationship-type stuff, etc., in every ethnicity, but still seems like a good match, assuming there's not too much drama.

My current girlfriend is Latino. I have to agree with most people here, I love her because she tells me exactly what she likes and doesn't like, and what she is thinking. Basically she will speak her mind no matter what. lol She's also understanding of my possible Asperger's diagnose.

I also love her butt, best butt of any girlfriend I've dated (and I've dated 3 girls). :)

Technically I've been working on my Spanish as a resume booster but, yeah, I can't deny that the thought of falling in love with a girl of another language - in her language and culture - does drive me wild. Its not something I'd necessarily push for but, if it happens, cool, if I marry a snow-white midwestern girl I don't think I'll be too crushed either.
