After looking at a few post in this part of WP i thought i would do some looking for people and i saw EHarmoney. I remember seeing an ad for it, and when i looked at the terms and conditions it said minimum age 13. Is that wrong or can I join it? (I don't mean technical wrong.)

It's targeted as a dating site for adults (whatever 'adult' is classified as these days), but if the ToS states that's the minimum age, then go for it and good luck!

In reply to the OP, E-Harmony is designed for adults mid 20's upwards who either

a) have suffered failed marriages

b) are single parents

c) have been very unlucky in love

d) A combination of the above.

No offense but it's not designed for teenagees, by all means give it your best shot, if you wish to try your luck on there, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Biologically, humans aged thirteen and up are suitable for reproduction and breeding.

Which is why I stated what I did.

are you saying that Eharmony can let 13 year olds on the site just because they are able to have sex and reproduce?

Perhaps sexual maturity is apart of it.

Well, no-one's going to stop you from joining it, are they? I suspect most people on there will be older than you, though, and therefore not interested. But who knows?

13year-olds mite not be able to actually join. They mite could get rejected after they enter their age. it could be a typographical error or it mite depend on the location that person is. In some countries people are adults at 13. eHarmony is a site for serious dating & they have a matching questionnaire & they reject 1 in 4 people so it's very likely that someone who is that young would get screened out. I'm much more concerned about kids lying about their ages to join sites to find sex partners

They reject one in four people! That would be a really disheartening thing to experience - imagine the scenario:

"I have just returned (in the rain) to my third-rate flat from my boring, un-fulfilling, low-paid job in which I am either ignored or mocked by my co-workers. I am lonely, cold, hungry and depressed.

To cheer myself up, I will search for a suitable partner on E-Harmony.

*checks e-mails*

Oh, no wait - I CAN'T. Because E-Harmony REJECTED me. Brilliant."

Tell me about it. I got rejected a while back & I couldn't even get my free results. Said I needed to log in to see em & I could NOT log in cuz they claim they do not have a match for me. I think I mite could be matched with some of the women they rejected. eHarmony is like their own special exclusive club

If you're in your teens, why would you resort to internet dating like eHarmony?

Surely you could find better ways of meeting people, right?
