What is love? What is friendship? What's the difference (to you)?

Love is about feeling something special for the person, whereas friendship is having someone you trust and get along with.

The best definition of love I've heard is "two people slightly deluded in each other's favour".

When two people are in love, they express it to each other by kissing, holding hands, smiling and giggle ling with each other etc. With Friendships you just hang out and talk to each other about certain situations and others. Love has a lot more drama in it then in friendships. At least that's the way I see it.

Love is friendship with sex.

The last woman I met had the best definition of love: love is when you inconvenience yourself to spend time with him/her.

Not really. Two people can love each other without ever having sex, and there is a much more emotional side involved.

Love and friendship have some similarities however they can be differenced pretty easily.


When you are talking about love both people have to be attracted to each other(doesnt happen in most friendships) and they must care for the other person and let said person know whenever possible(its acceptable to say you care about a friend every now and then but if you say it too many times people will get the wrong idea).

Love isnt really all about sex ive been withy my GF 5 years and we have never done that but we love each other none the less I wouldnt want to be with anyone else
