Because of recent events around here, it has come to my attention that, not to put too fine a point on it, that the Love and Dating forum has become a cesspool.

It is said that all is fair in love and war, with war being the department of the PPR forum, and love, obviously, in here. However, that is BS. This BBS has rules. You will all abide by them, or you will be banned.

Let me remind you all that this is a place for discussion rather than dispute. Do not offer opinions designed to inflame. Love and relationships are very sensitive subjects, and are oft likely to cause trouble.

Be careful what opinions you offer, too. Many people here have gone through certain degrees of heartbreak, abuse, and bad dates, and offering opinions that can be construed as misandristic, misogynistic, or homophobic, no matter what the intent, will attract problems.

Remember that first and foremost this is a support BBS. This is not your platform for voicing your opinions and expecting everyone to agree with you.

You have all been given fair warning. Clean up your act, or leave.

Cesspool...hahahaha. I mean, you are right, but calling it a cesspool amuses me.

You couldn't be more correct. Communication (of any kind) is rather difficult for me. It takes a fair amount of time and effort to create a message/reply, so I usually only do so if there is something that I really want to say. There have been a number of discussions in this forum that I, initially, would have liked to participate in, and even a couple that I thought about starting, but they all quickly degenerate into off-topic flame wars by people with their own agendas. This makes the forum virtually useless. I sincerely hope that people heed your warning.

I do.... that's the first thing I notice on a forum.

LOL, that's actually what I thought it meant at the time, so you can't really say that it was the stupidest thing unless I knew and I delibertly wanted to cause controversey, then yea THAT would be considered as the most stupidest thing.

Just like PPR, I avoid this section of the forums 99% of the time.

I hope I didn't break any rules here. I don't think I have done any personal attacks. If I am one of those people, mods send me a PM so I know.

I don't even post in this section much because I am too afraid what I might say be offensive or be seen as sexist. Seeing threads like this, I have no idea who they are directed at and I have no idea if I was one of those people.
