I have trouble even starting a friendship
not to mention I can't talk without screwing up
I never had a gf and. I am 18. I don't wanna end up a loser

I didn't have a girlfriend until I was 21. You are not a loser. My recommendation is to read books on how to make good impressions and keep relationships. We are very good at intellectualizing. So, I recommend starting there. You might also want to consider reading a dating guide.
