This may seem like a strange question but...

does anyone see themselves dating someone of the opposite sex but settling down and starting a family with a partner of the same sex? And do you have a name that you can see your partner having?

I don't know if the scenario seems weird to anyone but it's like I can see myself dating either a male or female partner but more and more lately I can see myself settling down and starting a family with a female partner and I don't know why but I see it being an Alex(like short for Alexis or Alexandra for example).

As long as it is a yes/no type of thread ...

"Does anyone see themselves dating someone of the opposite sex [for now but later] settling down and starting a family with a partner of the same sex?

... and people are answering the second question ...

"And do you have a name that you can see your partner having?"

... it would seem to me it is fine right here.

I see myself dating either sex but settling down with a male. But, I've never dated a female so who knows.
