Undergraduate vs Gradschool dating

Please tell me point-blank: Is grad school really a dating wasteland? Am I totally deluding myself by thinking that I'll meet more "dateable" guys in grad school?

What field of study?

While some graduate students are married, most aren't.

In my graduate program, the females had the advantage.

The most attractive females in the program were dating men who had stopped with a BS or BA and rolling in the dough from their jobs, while many of the single guys in the program had lots of trouble dating due to the economic hardship of pursuing advanced degrees.

Jaejoongfangirl, the real question is, will you have any time and energy for dating given everything else you have to do in grad. school?
(When I was in grad. school, we used to joke that pursuing a Ph.D. was a highly effective method of birth control. )

My grad school class is 2 dudes and like 19 women so I was in pretty good shape going in

Like previously mentioned, it depends on the program. But I met my girlfriend through my program, it certainly is doable.

It depends on the social status of the men surrounding you.
