Seems to me like you're making a judgement call on others when you have no right to.
I could care less what you choose to do with your sex life unless what you do is explicitly illegal, and that is all the right that anyone has to judge the sex life of others.
Why do we get to judge other people's sex life if their sex acts are not legal? There are some really wonky laws that really shouldn't exist, but do, that aim to prevent acts that in most places are legal... Does your "right to judge" change based on location then? Do we have a "right to judge" anything, everything, nothing? Why is the law ground to judge someone?? Why are you calling someone judgmental, and then giving criteria required to be able to judge someone? Why are you the authority for this criterion? Why is your criterion good enough to enable judgment of others?
Your post seems hypocritical, please explain further.
