Well Ive been using okcupid for a while and every now and then an interesting user that doesnt live to far shows up so I get in touch with the other person and we exchange several emails until we realize its not going to work out.

Anyways I have a couple of doubts and I would appreciate any input(male/female).
First question: if someone got in contact with you and then "lost interest"(forgot to ask you something in his last message) would it be too creepy if he sent you another message months later explaining that he just realized that he hadnt asked you anything?. (It was my first attempt of contactng someone there so something was bound to go wrong and I just realized that the whole "not showing interest" is probably why my message wasnt replied).

Second question: if you put some sort of limit in your age preferences how would you feel if someone that didnt meet the required ages(by say 5 years)contacted you?.

Given that you're 161 years old yourself, you probably shouldn't be overly picky.

Maybe some people are less addicted to online dating than others, so I wouldn't necessarily read too much into an individual's length of time in responding.

5 years wouldn't bother me too much.
