I don't know why it won't allow me to add 'male that doesn't pursue'.

How about: Male that pursues if given a reasonably unambiguous "green light"?

Male who doesn't pursue because he can't shake the feeling that he will be rejected. I think it's just social anxiety.

Also, I'm really weird. Not just Aspie weird, but more like "Alice in Wonderland" weird.

I used to be a pursuer, and when that didn't work, I listened to the advice of friends and tried not to pursue (ie, let it happen 'naturally'). After ten years of that not working, and discovering I had AS, I became a pursuer again, but I use a different approach now. This works much better.

I'm a pursuer. I can deal with being pursued, but I much prefer to call the shots.

I'm a female who neither pursues nor wants to be pursued, for the time being and foreseeable future.

Depends on the dynamics. I like pursuing, but I've had a few times when it was in relation to a guy who seemed very passive or shy and I worried about coming across as too 'Mae West' or something.

Yes, this has definitely been a worry for me.
