How often does your mind blindness cause problems?

I seem to be constantly getting in to trouble with my boyfriend over not taking his feelings into account, or thinking about how he is.

This is made even harder by the fact that he's not really an emotional person.

I don't know what to do, how can you make somebody understand that you can't see that their distressed about something?

explain it as logically as you can and answer any question he has as best as you can-it is tough to do I know to try and make people understand that you cant sense things that they can naturally-I have a problem with understanding others too-I think everybody thinks just like I do about things.
