Never had crushes in high school but...

I noticed that back in high school I never had a crush on anyone and if any of you have read any of my previous posts on this dating forum (I actually rarely post here, but there are some), you will notice me ranting about how I have no interest in a relationship and everything.

Well, lately, thats been changing. I'm starting to appreciate and understand the beauty of having a companion and someone you are in love with. This may be partly because I am a different person now (people change as they develop) but another reason is because of my impression of seeing people dating in high school and how a lot of it is just the impulsive reactions to raging hormones.

I have to say that I have an unspecified number of crushes (not giving away too much info here...) online and IRL.

Anyone else here was not interesting in high school dating and didn't see the point of it but now things are a bit different?

I was somewhat the same way, it wasn't until halfway through the final year of highschool before I developed a crush on someone that was more than just lust. Up until then, though, I was never really interested in other people's lives.

I didn't really have crushes when I was a teen & I had no interest in dating or even socializing when I was in school. I was very overwhelmed with school & people & I just wanted to be left alone at home so I could play SNES or 64 while while listening to the local college rock station instead of dating or going out or anything. I kind of had a Schizoid Personality & had no desire to really be around others or be with anyone till I got close to a girl online when I was 19. She had a lot of weird things in common with me(dyslexia, ADHD, OCD; we liked the same shows & had the same sense of humor) & I've been desperately lonely sense it ended till a couple months ago when I met the perfect girl on here. Anyways... I think getting close to someone then kind of changed me
