Doesn't need a comma. "Usually am unable to empathetic" is a dependent clause. Plus I think you missed some words.
And "When I am discussing or doing something I am good at, I don't accept errors and I don't take second opinions."
You need a comma before that "and". "I don't take second opinions" is an independent clause.
And to answer the question posed by the thread:
I like to think I'm more of an a**hole than just a jerk.
