Silly, there are no women on the internet...

I think they don't want to, because:

Half of them think they look hideous in photos.
The other half think they are too gorgeous for you guys to handle.

Because then lonely men-children stuck in their momma's basement would spend years fapping over them furiously.

when I had my photo as my avatar people made silly comments about in threads I posted in and sent me silly pm's, I dont like comments on my appearance so changed my avatar and would not use my photo again.

I would not want to date someone who found my photo attractive as they tend to not like my personality and want to change me to fit who it is they do want.

I think people make a real mistake when they think they can make a relationship work just because they like how someone looks, compatibility is so much more complicated than that.

I think especially on the internet its easy for people to project and fill in information and qualities they think someone will have because they like their photo.

And probably because wrongplanet isn't a dating site, per se (not to say people don't find relationships with others here!)... this is just a guess, though, since I'm not a single woman.

I'm using my picture......though when I get bored of it I will probably just use whatever trippy picture catches my intrest.

interesting how confrontational responses are here compared to the men one.

i do use my photo most of the time, though i am not single. people are nicer to me when i do, maybe because i am less anonymous.

Not single; but when I used to use my picture i'd get creepy PMs.
