I don't know how attractive I am but I do look almost identical to my allistic (non-autistic) sibling so if I'm ugly, it's not because of the autism.
Also I do tend to spend a lot of time on make-up and hair because it's a creative outlet for me and I feel more comfortable in difficult social situations if I'm wearing good "war paint".
The only aspects of my appearance that I think may be negatively affected by my autism would be
1. limited clothing choices because I can't touch some fabrics and can't wear some kinds of accessories
2. odd posture/facial expressions but after mimicking for so many years I don't have much trouble with that now
