I was at a Christmas celebration at a University, this afternoon, and a Jazz Choir was singing Christmas songs. The four young men whom were standing in the middle, kept on eyeing me. Two of them were giving me direct Eye-contact, an Oriental guy was hiding his head, behind the two direct guys, eyeing me as well. The blonde guy with the glasses kept on looking at me, through the corners of his eyes. My Mind was thinking, "Stop! Stop! Stop! I've found somebody that I like, online! Stop!" They've walked right by me, durring the intermission. I didn't do anything. I've just minded my own buisness. I did look around, and I was the only younger woman who was sitting in the area, that these guys' eyes were wondering in. Did I do the right thing?

Since you've already found someone, yes, I do think you've done the right thing.

:D Maybe they thought you were Austin Powers and wanted your autograph, but were to shy?

You did the right thing.I dont think it's appropriate to flirt back if you are already interested in someone else.Unfortunately, some females flirt back just to stroke their own egos. They have a name for that but it's not appropriate for this board.

I too have been followed & flirted with & you have done the right thing, finding someone you believe is compatible to you. Make sure you SO's interests match yours.

Yes, especially considering this was a group of FOUR men, eyeing strange females in a crowded public place...They were looking for a pickup at best, trouble at worst. You did the right thing, regardless of being single or not.

In other words, a group of men trying to pick up one woman is not a good sign.

I think there's three reasons a gang of men might do that: they were either doing it because they were taking the piss out of you, they wanted sex or they wanted to assault someone (sexually or otherwise).
