in the book "the attraction code" they say that something like that women are programmed to help men,

Some women seem to want to be subservient.
Witness the success of the 'Shades Of Grey' and 9 1/2 Weeks' books.

Some women don't give a damn and would rather be men.

Some women enjoy watching men struggle with something silly. :)

In some book, some person says some things.
It doesn't mean they're correct.

Agreed.

A book is the opinion of the author.

From Charles Fort to Carl Sagan to John Gray to Charles Darwin to Dr. Phil.

We choose what we think of their philosophies.

I suppose it comes from the love and nurturing hormones?
There's nothing more satisfying that doing nice little favours for a significant other.

Also what Makayla said is also true. :P

I looked that up on Google and it looks like that book is one of those pick-up artist things.
