in the book "the attraction code" they say that something like that women are programmed to help men,
why is that?

for some reason i like the book a lot while not even remembering much of it even tho i read and reread

It doesn't mean they're correct.

There's nothing more satisfying that doing nice little favours for a significant other.

I looked that up on Google and it looks like that book is one of those pick-up artist things.
