I know; this can be a touchy subject, but it deserves to be discussed in any way, whether it be what you'd do, your thoughts on it, et al.

Loyalty is easy in a good relationship and its a pity some folks are never satisfied with wha they got. And yeah what Surfman said lol

Loyalty to the rules we've agreed to yes. Not particularly interested in long-term monogamy though, so any partner I had would need to be accepting of that.

(As for the reasons why he did it, well, it appears he was coerced into doing it by some cougar in exchange for a favor, and he was too desperate...)

Me? There's a reason why I don't believe in casual premarital sex, I'd consider it cheating on whoever I end up marrying later.

Eh? But you're not with her or with anyone - you're a free agent.

If you're cheating on your girlfriend/wife, that's a different matter. But you wouldn't be cheating on your girlfriend because there's no-one to cheat on!

I cant imagin wanting to be with anyone except the person I'm with so I have no problems at all staying loyal & I really appreciate it in my partner but I know she doesn't want to be with anyone else either

If you're not satisfied with who you are with then end it peacefully and move on, but don't cheat. It's makes the cheater in to a horrible person and makes the person cheated on feel like crap.

I feel as if I am the loyal type that would not stray to far away. I simply don't want to ruin a good chance at what might be a sure thing. However, on the other hand, I reckon that I am the type that would get cheated on. Anyone else feel the same way in that sense?

I am level-headed enough to admit that it'd be very difficult for a relationship involving me to be stable and secure enough so that I'd be so confident in it and my partner that I would 'NEVER' consider cheating if the perfect opportunity arose.
