I do.

I have fallen in love with someone who was totally rude, immature, and cruel. She loved me back, but she has severe borderline personality disorder and she's pregnant now.

I've also been interested in someone who USED to hate me...but doesn't really care for me now.

Maybe... at times I try to tell myself that is the case, but I think I am just trying to justify the whole situation... that kind of mindset helps me purchase a suitable replacement for my heart after whichever ex it was ripped it out and jumped on it.

Perhaps Ill be more convinced that love works in mysterious ways when/if I realise that love actually works.

hmmm.

Eh. Yeah.

I believe in love, though I believe it works in a whole diffferent process. my idea is that God will show you the one you are meant to be with, through dreams, owever knowing God, those dreams don't exactly make sense. I should know. for the past........eh........year, I've been getting these visions that I'm supposed to marry this one girl, weird thing is, I know who she is, I've been friends with her for a long while, but I'm starting to wonder if these dreams are just me trying to make myself happier. idunno.

but yes. I believe in love.

I don't believe in love, and I don't understand people who are in love. It seems so irrational.

It isn't mysterious, it is merely involuntary, at least in my case. It happens, or it doesn't. There's no mental process that occurs. There's no reasoning. (Well, there is, but even if the result is "This person is not good for you," I can't seem to accept that conclusion often.) It isn't a choice. It seems like little more than a variable that is pre-set, that I encounter, and that I attempt to deal with.

I still believe in love even after I have 4 girls break up with me over my dating years. It does work on strange ways.

I believe that I will find somebody, in the future. I'm not in a rush.

Love may be a reaction between various neurons in the brain - in that respect it's well understood but it's still damn wacky and wonderful, like a real-life Wonka factory.

Love is something pretty human (err, maybe a couple other things too if you want to be a stickler for details, but lets not get into this debate)

Of course it's going to be mysterious. Pretty much everything human is confusing.

That is pretty much my experience with love. It's really cool when it happens, but it's not something you can really control. If you interact with enough people, sooner or later you will meet someone that your brain decides (for whatever reason) you're compatible with. That's when the strange things really happen. All of a sudden you just instinctively know exactly the right things to do and say. You find yourself doing stuff you just don't do in real life like talking on the phone for two hours (and it seems like only a few minutes). It's a wonderful magical part of being human and I hope you all get to experience it someday.

I believe that Love is a metaphysical force that when in action induces the emotions that one would represent as love in the person. :)
