Yes, I've noticed that I get along better with people whose mental condition or weirdness is very obvious.

I have a hard time relating to "normals", those people that act/seem normal. I say seem because these people probably have a condition, but it is just more socially acceptable. I actually believe everyone has "something" and I know that some of you don't like hearing that and I don't want to get into a discussion about whether something should be a condition or not.

So how do I go about meeting up with people that have "problems"? Do I barge into a psych ward? Mental institution? Just kidding.

Because I figure that a woman who I could get along with and share similar interests is probably doing the same thing I am doing now. On the computer. Probably doesn't go out very much. Chances of meeting her in public could be almost impossible.

I don't know what the stance is on this forum. But I don't want to change the way I am to interact better with "normals".

Well, that was a kind of weird twist in the end, but good job.

Yeah I tend to get along better with that crowd too for some reason. Just more chill people.

I must have done a good job to have done something weird...on the weird forum.

I guess I just added that because on previous visits to this site I read a lot of things I didn't agree with including how some suggested the changing of behaviors to adapt to normals.

This thread was also pretty pointless considering there's a similar one further down about where to meet aspies.

It's just that I've had that thought in my head for a couple of weeks now. That I am destined to end up with a woman who has mental issues or a "condition" to put it in a more politically correct sense. I don't like political correctness though.

I think I might click better with an aspie or ADHD woman too. Quite a few don't want kids which is what I want too. This site or aspie facebook pages are probably the best way to find them. Or the disability forum on DateHookup. I've gone so far as to post an ad in my local Craigslist seeking an aspie woman. It already got one reply!
