Women Don't Always Have it Easy

This news article demonstrates how a lot of women/older women end up behaving as they are so desperate for love and attention from a man.

This shows that this idea that women always hold the aces isn't true and it can often be a man who is giving a woman the run around.

As the woman is a con-woman it's hard to know whether her story is true anyway but it does seem to be a common feature of 'older' women (older than their 20's), that they can end up trying to buy love from a man. So women can have the same problems as men; it's not all one way.

It's the person who has youth and beauty on their side who will always be sought after, whether they are male or female and people will go to great lengths and make complete fools of themselves, even risking ending up in jail, in an attempt to try and hold on to their 'catch'.

I find this all very interesting.

I love reading dailymail, and I don't tell most people that. I'm not sure why I like a UK news site more than any US news sites, in terms of light/non-political news stories... but I do. #_#

Yes it surprises me how many American people are often making comments on there.

While the Daily Mail has some very bad practices, it has the most actual news items of all UK news websites

What I don't like is when they start intermingling UK news with American news!

I'll start reading about something off the scale horrendous that someone's done then I think wait a second, is this
by any chance in America? and lo and behold it is! ie the more bizarre the story, the more likely it happened in America

I'm not interested in American news - it can go on a separate American news page

I hate that they mix it in with the UK news!

They must do it for you Americans who they know are so keen on the site!

It is called that by many people already

They can stick to the Times (behind a pay-wall and not worth the money)
and Guardian, which only reports items of news that are PC enough
but ironically if you want real vitriol - look at Guardian reader comments!

The Daily Wail is actually more popular with women than men. It has a big women's section and even a separate women's pullout on Sundays.

I wouldn't exactly say that its view of women chimes with yours though.

I was going to point out that older woman and woman with kids probably have it hard. Including the not so attractive ones. There are a few woman on dating websites that as an aspie I am not into. Unfortunately, their NT male counterparts are having a much easier time.

In most western countries, demographers generally find that in younger age brackets there are more single men than women, and in older age brackets there are more single women than men. The turning point is usually during the 40 to 60 years old age range. (Reasons behind this general trend include gender differences in mortality rates, age preferences, etc. There are also variations within sub-populations, such as specific racial or ethnic groups.)

Because men in average die before women, not because it's harder for older women.
