I have a problem. 2 problems, more like.

OK. I moved to Oklahoma City from Ohio, and I met this girl named Taylor. She manages to put up with all of my oddities. But at the same time, her dad is definitely not the type who would allow that. He almost shot my mom with a Glock (long story.....) but I have absolutely no clue how to continue a relationship without getting shot myself. why would that guy want to shoot your mom?

I noticed the age listed under your avatar pic is 13. If that's correct I would seriously recommend ending it. You & her are minors so unfortunately the parents hold the power. If you & her were both adults & she was willing to continue the relationship against her dad; you could file a restraining order against him or press charges if he did something like assaulted you or your mom.

Don't put yourself in that kind of situation. That sounds very dangerous.
