do a lot of women request a man be at least 6 ft tall?

Would you be willing to date a shorter man/taller women?

Why are short men at a disadvantage in dating?

Cody, this is defeatist nonsense you shouldn't buy into.

It's possible to date taller women. If you get an opportunity to connect, that is, and they like you as a person, then the chances increase dramatically, as you don't become another man who hasn't shown any personality whatsoever.

From reading your posts, you seem like you've got a cracking sense of humour. Also, because you're five feet two or whatever, you'll really stand out from the crowd if you feel secure about your height. You'd be surprised.

Go to YouTube & type in "short men get short shrift"

Go to google & type in "do women prefer tall men?"

Actually I prefer shorter men who are on my eye level, and do not give me a sore neck when I have to lean up to kiss them. Nice short men are few and far between.

Short men are probably at a disadvantage in dating because women have been brainwashed/programmed to think that they need/want a very tall man. This is probably because women think a man has to protect them. Women probably think a taller man is more likely to win a fight than a short one. A taller man will therefore be perceived as a better protector for bimbo women who want a boyfriend who doubles as a bodyguard.

But actually this assumption (about short men losing fights) is not necessarily true. Short men are not necessarily less likely to win a fight.

One thing I notice about tall men is that a lot of them tend to be self-conscious about their height, and they tend to stoop. Often, they need to stoop just to get through doorways. They often stoop down to talk to shorter ladies. Stooping and slouching is not sexy. I would rather see a short guy standing up straight with his chest stuck out confidently than a tall guy hunching and mooching around.

Women also use tall men as a social tool that they can show off to their friends. Equivalent to the trophy wife.

So you don't like women, Lost. Fine. Nobody says you have to date women.

Wider point - if women are just so despicable, what's the problem? Don't go with them.

Let's say all criticism of women is justified. If all men stopped going with women, then women would change.

...into lesbians :P

The woman I am seeing at the moment is taller than me. Not that hard, I am 1.68 cm, or 5'6''. So there.

Again it's so funny that you have to try and put words into my mouth.

When did I say I don't like women?

When every single point you try to make in every thread is built around trying to "prove" that women have it soooooooo much easier than men or that you know more about what women think than women because you are a "researched man" it's not hard to infer that you have some resentment issues or at least some deep seated sexism that you are blind to.

I suggest googling "Mansplaining" to get a better idea of what I'm talking about..........

How does me pointing out the fact that women generally prefer taller men imply that women have it so much easier?

This thread was about height and dating.

Men don't prefer fat women.

There you go

Men-1
Women-1

Personally, I wouldn't automatically find a man shorter than myself to be attractive. However, if I found him to be interesting and mentally stimulating, then height wouldn't be an issue.
