Hi gang.

During my attempts at being dateable on OKC I've actually been in touch with a fellow Aspie that lives in a city near London.
After putting off a meet up with each other for months, I decided to go visit them in London yesterday and have a bit of fun.
We spent several hours together, walking all of Southbank and seeing lots of great little sites in London I neer knew about :) I was humbled by my lack of knowledge about the big city. After we had dinner and it got dark we went back to her place :o ... and I left the next day.

In spite of this, it seems like nothing has happened at all and it's business as usual. And I might have left stuff of mine at their place..
So what would you make of all this?
Aspergers version of FWB?
I am really as fat as Boo says?
I should go back to Aspiegirl's house, pick up my stinky clothes and get down on one knee?!

Serious / semi-serious topic. Based on a true story.

London is great, I'm glad you had a good day. :D

I think you should go back for another session.

Thank you. London rocks, and I had a good day indeed. Maybe London is more attractive as a tourist, I don't know, but I had a lot of fun.
I'm tempted to go back and see more of London with my temporary tour guide. lol

Yay!

What does 'business as usual' mean? Have you had any phone/text contact since? Asked her 'so, when can I see you again?'

The fact that you have left stuff at her place, well, that's a 'handy' excuse isn't it!

Only texts to see if I had got the bus and to wish each other a nice day.
Nothing since. Which is why I say business as usual. Anyways, I can't say much more than what I have as people might deduce what's happened and with who.
I'm more interested in hearing your thoughts for the time being.

I don't think it was Mt. Etna that exploded, but it was probably my fault.

I reckon you should leave it a few days. She might wash your gear for you.

Years ago, I got a small padded envelope in the post.

"Oooh, what could this be?" I thought. The handwriting seemed familiar.

I opened it up.

It was one of my socks, sent by an ex.

I would take that as an indicator that someone was hoping you'd contact them. Otherwise, they'd have just thrown it away or used it as a cleaning rag.

^^ That's good point you make Willard. I'd have just thrown it away.
