How?
How could a woman love a man with gynecomastia? Is that possible? It seems like the only people who like a man with gynecomastia are bi men. On the other hand, bi women don't seem to be attracted to the manboob. Yes, "she should love the man inside." It seems like the only exception to that statement, though, is gynecomastia.
Definition of Gynecomastia by the Mayo Clinic staff:
Generally, gynecomastia isn't a serious problem, but it can be tough to cope with. Men and boys with gynecomastia sometimes have pain in their breasts and may feel embarrassed.
Gynecomastia may go away on its own. If it persists, medication or surgery may help.
How could a woman love a man who is not as perfect as you think he should be?
Judging by the number of 'imperfect' men and women I see loving each other on these fine California beaches, I'd say that your question is based on the false assumption that women are only interested in the size of a man's breasts.

Well, you see.. there are birds & bees.. and hormones, and pheromones, and.. that's how love happens.
OK, but in all seriousness:
A guy I went to high school with & used to hang out with for a while had gynecomastia due to a tumour on his pituitary gland. Granted, he was slim and it wasn't very noticeable & I'd have never known if he didn't say so. Anyways, I ran into his mother while I was grocery shopping a few years back and she updated me and told me he was married with a kid.
So, clearly it's entirely possible for a woman to love a man with gynecomastia.

No, I don't think they are interested in the size of the man's chest. I think they are uninterested in the man after they see the large size of his chest, though, and won't give him a chance. In other words, they would reject him before they could even get to know him just by glancing at him... And I don't live in California either. ![]()

Does he have a lot of money? Does she have a job? Is she constantly drunk or high? Did she notice he had gynecomastia before he took his shirt off? Did he get the tumor out before he even met her? Is it just a woman is turned off if the person who had gynecomastia was also fat, even though it's not their fault, but women don't care anyway?

Don't know, but I doubt it since he didn't grow up with it, had a kid in his young 20's, and I think works an occupation that would provide them with a lower middle class lifestyle.
No idea if she works, never met her.
I doubt she's a drunk or druggy, as he never was.
Not sure if she'd have noticed or not, as like I said he was fairly slim and it wasn't that noticeable. I didn't realize until he told me/showed me back when we were ~16.
Not sure if the tumour was ever removed. I can't remember if he said he HAD or he HAS a tumour on his pituitary gland. It may still be there for all I know, or it could have been removed before I met him. But I think he said it was still there and hadn't been removed due to risks of surgery and that he was just accepting of who he is and how he's built and didn't find it to be a big life constraining deal.
No idea, you'd have to ask that particular woman. Some are turned off by fat guys, others aren't, others are turned on by fat guys. What condition would make it not someone's fault they're fat? I know there are several medical causes that exist, but also that they're rare and the primary cause of being fat is overconsumption of calories and under exercising to burn them off. Yes, I'm aware that there are thyroid problems, eating disorders, fatigue vs. laziness etc and have had to overcome some of these things myself in order not to be fat.

Do you know why you have the gynecomastia aspguy? I would suggest seeing a doctor if you don't incase it's related to something serious or if there's something causing it hat could be corrected. There's a couple medications that are occasionally used for that, an herbal thing. I could talk alittle more about that stuff here or on PM if your curious. There's also surgery that could remove it. If your mostly bothered about it because o the relationship department & your health is OK; I wouldn't worry too much about doing much about it.

I tried it but couldn't tolerate it more than a week. Some of the other psych meds I been on had known gyno effects too. Be careful & check online & with your doc that any medication your on now or will get on in the future has known gyno side-effects; don't want it to get any worse. Medication is more effective if it's recent or ongoing but there's still a chance; I read of Letrozole, Nolvadex & Arimidex reversing old gyno on some but others said it didn't. I'll suggest getting your hormones checked if you never have sense puberty just to make sure Risperidone didn't screw any of that up but it's just a precautionary suggestion. If your overweight & not in shape it may help it a little to to get in better shape & you could also try taking Gynexin[link here]; it may help a tad with an exercise routine if body fat is also a factor. Keep in mind that you don't need to do anything about it if your mostly OK with it because there are women out there who won't be bothered by it.

I knew a guy with gynecomastia. He had a couple of girlfriends while I knew him and managed to sleep with about four more. So at least six women were okay with him having moobs. And he was at least a B cup.
I love my boyfriend. I would probably be freaked out if he woke up with breasts tomorrow but if I had fallen in love with him that way, I assume I would be alright with that.
I live in California and even if I didn't it wouldn't matter
I have gynecomastia, and as a 23 year old guy it's kind of strange. I first noticed it when I was 16, I pointed it out to my friends and I immediately was known throughout my entire school as "uni-boob".
It never was that noticible since I've never been over 160lbs ; nobody has ever noticed it without me pointing it out to them first.
I did have to get a mammogram a few years ago just to be sure it wasn't cancerous, that was gangs of fun.
I have a girlfriend, and she claims that I am physically attractive, nobody has ever told me that I wasn't because of my gynecomastia.
For years I was told by my brother that I would win 1st and 3rd place in a wet t-shirt contest.
