That doesn't make any sense. I guess it's along the lines of an aspie saying or doing something they don't realise that you don't like and then don't apologize because they didn't know you were upset. If that happens the NT should talk about it, not ignore it and assume the aspie knows what's happened and isn't apologizing out of some pre-disposition to not apologize.

What a weird piece of advice.
